Man, listen...the way my eyeball perspiration started acting up in this scene. (I won't spoil it for you here) One of From's best characters is the longest resident of this creepy town having been here since he was a boy. So this scene was heartbreaking and joyful at once. But NGL this 3rd season is running the risk of exhausting it's audience if we don't start getting some real clues. Tabitha gets out to only come back, Jade still on his Sixth Sense b.s., our good sis Fatima possibly growing a zombie in her belly. Please trust us as an audience to piece some things together. We are 3 seasons in- a major breakthrough is needed!! #from #mgmstudios by @ms.watchitall

I am enjoying Yellowjackets this season y'all! And I am especially enjoying seeing Christina and Elijah together playing quirky well meaning citizen detective weirdos! The way it takes me back to the 90s every episode...the unknown malevolence entity at work...and constantly thinking about what else these girls may have done to survive out there draws me in every Friday.

It's always Jessica Williams for me❤️ And Gaby is me from singing alternative tunes in my car to telling it like only a Black woman can with love. And I'm getting a kick out of her and Harrison Ford's scenes together! 🥰
Shrinking is one of the shows that has gotten me out of a TV funk. It's funny, light AND heavy.

What show were you LEAST Thankful for in November?

Excited to continue Willow but it's been hit or miss this month. I fear a tv slump approaching😱

Wednesday is a challenge in range for a character notably static in mood. And the challenge was accepted and won! There are just enough episodes to binge comfortably and to show a believable character arch in our poisonous protagonist. Tim Burton directs half the episodes. The Wednesday of my generation, Christina Ricci joined the cast in a fun role. And Gwendolyn Christie has been luminos truly now in two netflix series (The Sandman). Brava Jenna Ortega! 🖤🖤

These two own the show. The tête à tête sharp cutting wit between Lestat and Claudia was delightful even in it's horrific moments! This is a fresh telling of this popular Anne Rice novel - maybe even closer to the book version in some regards. And it does not stand in the shadow of the famous 90s film adaptation at all. I recommend a binge. Jacob Anderson of GoT fame also stars as Louis. #interviewwiththevampire #annerice #amcplus #amc by @ms.watchitall

Not gonna lie...October premiers have been dry. Only thing that's holding my attention so far is Interview with the Vampire. And I look fwd to White Lotus & Cabinet of Curiosities. FYI: Midnight Club does not live up to the engagement of Hill House.

Watchers, what interesting new or old shows have you watched this month?

Atlanta plays cloak and dagger with some of our shared cultural fears & experiences in a dark comedy truth telling manner. The fact that this episode was NO DIFFERENT at its core albeit not on the usual visual surface was 🤌🏾🤌🏾 This was the darkest & scariest of all truths we admit to another: We Love and Want to Be Loved. The allegorical framing of the imagined snipe against Earn and Van's imagining of each other's feelings culminated in the real capture of something in Lotties pillowcase and the real proclamation of Earn and Van's love. And centering Lottie as the one who captures the imagined snipe and amplifies that real love was beyond.❤️

The abhorently saddest thing is this guy was a sloppy drunk who was careless and would have been caught sooner if he were not a white male. Many have issue with the series but when I think what should be highlighted for those who have never heard of this guy, I think Murphy put it to the forefront: The racial, homosexual, and social economic biases allowed this white male to go undetected while homosexual men of color were killed. And yes, an underage boy included.

And one more thing: BELIEVE black women!!! Glenda Cleveland's recorded 911 calls are chilling...and they were ignored. God Bless all of the victims' familes.

This image is "playing the long game" visualized. Eric Tao's tenacity and wit even at his perceived feigning of vulnerability is unmatched. So many alliances formed and side alliances made this season. But nothing is stronger than the alliance with yourself! I stan Harper in her good, bad, and ugly but she's still has some lessons to learn from Eric in the confidence game.

Seriously, this show is amazing! The pace and strides of this season were on 'Pointe' 🙌🏾. Loved seeing more of Rishi this season! The writing and characters:🤌🏾Catch up and binge both seasons if you haven't already!!

This was the graphic novel come to life. I love the way that Neil Gaiman personifies deities by amplifying very human traits of wrecklessness, sorrow, loneliness, love & hope in them. These traits shape the plots so well esp when it comes to their interactions/ impacts on mortals or vice versa. I especially loved the casting. Weird trolls are saying weirdo ish like the casting is too woke but it's fantasy and you gonna get this diversity on every landscape and plane. We here to stayyyy! So enjoy!!! And a bonus 11th episode is out now too! Highly recommend.
