Waking up to this view never gets old. 🌿 Living in an 18th-century heritage spot right on the park is such a rare gem in London—end-of-summer serenity surrounded by lush green trees and historical charm. It’s so peaceful and healing, you’d completely forget you’re in the middle of the city! (Even on wheelie bin day 😂) 🌳✨

It’s the small details that make a space feel complete. ✨

I finally added the final touch to this room—updating the bedside drawer handles!

Eventually, when I have time to give this entire room a fresh coat of paint, these nightstands will get a full makeover with custom drawer moulding (just like the ones in my snug and girls’ room projects). But since the current paint is still in great condition, swapping in these gorgeous vintage-inspired handles I’ve been holding onto for months was the perfect quick upgrade.

I’ve been completely obsessed with porcelain blue and white ever since I was a little girl—a true Grandmillennial at heart! 💙🤍

I just can’t sit still when inspiration hits, so I turned a bedsheet into custom fabric to upholster my headboard and crafted matching bolster pillows to tie everything together. Bringing this blue and white French cottage vision to life with my own hands makes me so happy!

I also ordered this striped ottoman bench from Habitat, which I initially planned for my dressing area. But it actually fits and sits so comfortably right in the corner—something I never expected! Since this room is quite spacious (5m x 7m), it works perfectly here. Now I’ll have to brainstorm something else for the dressing area, or maybe add a different style bench later on—I haven’t decided yet!

The room is coming together so nicely (and the walls are in great shape, so no paint needed just yet), but next up on the list: swapping out those bedside table drawer handles! Eventually, I’ll do a full upcycle with fresh paint and moulding when I’m ready to repaint, but for now, we’re taking it one DIY at a time. 🤫✨

I wish to have better phone camera now.

The bed after styling of whatever I had available with as you can see nothing is full set. Just bits and bits of some another sets.

I ordered new bedding my favourite rose print. Can’t wait it to arrive.
