If you truly know me, then you know how I feel about my siblings. I was just 13 when I promised them that I’d be there for them until my last breath and I meant it! They gave me purpose and made me a mother way before I gave birth to my own daughter🥺 On 6/15/2025 one of them left a permanent hole in my heart😢

From your first days of school, to parent teacher conferences, to jacking you up when you fell short, to the talks about the “birds and the bees”, and down to the times when all we had was each other to lean on, I made sure I was there; just like that night I got that call! Smh 💔😢
It took me less than 8 minutes to get to you! Mentally exhausted, with tears flooding my face, I watched the sun come up knowing you had taken your last breath but just like I promised you, I never left your side, not one time! 💔 Having to identify your lifeless body and then planning your services had me sick to my stomach but I did it, chin up and chest out! 🤘🏽

Accepting the fact that this is good bye for now will never sit well with me 💔 I’m gonna miss your morning text and you calling me pet names like I’m your girlfriend (lol), your tight hugs and forehead kisses. I’ll miss you telling me how much you love me and the feeling of knowing that I had someone in my life who REALLY had my back and who REALLY didn’t play about me! 🤘🏽😢❤️

From the earth to the heavens, just know that I STILL got your back like I always have; cradle to the grave!! Your daughter/my niece is my daughter now and I will make sure she always knows just how much you loved her. Rest peacefully baby boy. 💔 by @ms_prodigy22
