ACT WITH YOUR ART
This is my entry video for the war against rabies foundation @war_against_rabies
A short Poem/ Talk titled ‘Rabies: The silent killer’
This is a call for attention and awareness! Please listen, share, like and follow @war_against_rabies

Rabies: The Silent Killer”

“Ladies and gentlemen, today I want to talk about a deadly disease,
A virus that spreads, with no remorse or ease.
Rabies, the silent killer, that attacks the brain,
Leaving its victims in pain.

“It starts with a bite, from an infected animal,
A dog, a cat, or even a bat’s fatal scrabble.
The virus spreads fast, through the nervous system too,
Causing fear, aggression, and a tragic demise anew.

“Symptoms may hide, for weeks or even months,
But once they appear, the outcome’s often dire and stern.
Foaming at the mouth, confusion and disarray,
A heartbreaking end, to a life that’s gone astray.

“But prevention’s key, to saving lives today,
Vaccinate your pets, and keep them at bay.
Avoid wild animals, with suspicious stride,
And report any bites, with immediate pride.

“Let’s break the chain, of this deadly disease,
Through awareness and action, we can bring release.
Rabies may be silent, but our voices must be loud,
To protect our loved ones, and keep our communities proud.

“So let’s unite, to fight this hidden foe,
And make our world safer, for all to know’’
