#FlashbackFriday to 4 years ago... Google put together this little video (of course I was a little hesitate to share but 🤷🏾‍♀️) , it made me realize how my hard work and DISCIPLINE and CONSISTENCY really got me to the body of my dreams. When I see these throwback pics, I just think how I really am my own body goals and it gives me motivation to get back to that.
It also shows y'all that I'm human, and my weight fluctuates. I honestly didn't realize how much weight I've gained over the past two years until I see these pictures. And even tho I'm not beating myself up about it cus I'm fabulous at any weight, I do feel i need to get back on my fitness and nutrition regiment.
I can think of so many reasons why I'm not doing the things I should be if this is my goal but I'm hoping and praying by next month I get it together!
