Great training isn't built on one perfect workout. It's built on small habits, consistency, and a strong foundation.

For our newest editorial feature, we invited members of our coaching team to share the routines, mindset, and practical advice they encourage in their own training and with MSA students.

Inside you'll find thoughtful insights from Coaches Sabrina and Regina, along with a simple 15-minute at-home workout designed to help young movers stay connected to movement all summer long.

Whether you're part of the MSA community or simply passionate about youth movement and circus arts, we hope you'll enjoy the read.

Just another week at MSA.

New skills. New friendships. New reasons to leave with the biggest smile.

This is the kind of energy that fills our studio all summer long.

A few weeks in, and it's easy to see why so many families come back year after year.

The energy is contagious.

Shout out to @tumbltrak for helping us keep our aspiring young artists training strong and safe all summer long!

The best summer memories usually don't happen in front of a screen.

They happen upside down 🙃 #msacircuscamp

Here's to another week of flying, laughing, creating, and making memories that last long after summer ends.🥰

See you Monday for another camp week @msacircusarts we have a fun program written out for you!

📸 Shout-out to Coach @regina.meirmanova for capturing this moment

Summer is heating up. We're keeping things cool.

In just a few short weeks, our studios will be filled with campers flying on aerial apparatuses, learning new skills, building friendships, and preparing for Friday Showcase Performances.

There’s something special about summer at MSA.

The energy is different. The days move faster. The accomplishments feel bigger. And before long, another group of young artists will be stepping into the spotlight and surprising themselves with what they can do.

Several camp weeks have already sold out, and excitement is building..

We can't wait to welcome another summer of flying, flipping, creating, performing, and making unforgettable memories together.

The countdown is on.....

There’s something special about the moment confidence begins to shine through.

The moment a child realizes they’re capable of more than they imagined.

This photo was captured during our show run-through just days before the live performance. The smiles say it all.

We have just a few weeks left in our current class session before transitioning into our summer programs. For those looking to continue mastering their skills, we'll soon be announcing additional evening training opportunities. Stay tuned for details.

And for those who love to perform, every Friday throughout the summer, MSA opens its doors to family and friends for a live Camp Showcase Performance. This mini version has become an all-time favorite among campers and parents alike.

Some moments don’t end when the lights go down.

Hit Rewind filled the room with the kind of energy you can still feel days later — a full house, soaring performances, music echoing through the theater, and young artists stepping into the spotlight with fearless confidence.

What happens at MSA extends far beyond classes. It becomes memories, milestones, friendships, standing ovations, and moments families talk about long after the curtain falls.

And now that same momentum rolls straight into summer.

Several camp weeks are already sold out. Others are filling quickly.

The season is just getting started.

Not every camp ends in the center of a circus ring...

Not every summer includes flying through the air, learning choreography, building acts, hearing applause, and discovering strengths you didn’t know existed.

At MSA, kids don’t just pass time during summer break.

They perform.
They create.
They surprise themselves.

That’s why so many families return season after season.✨

Camp weeks begun to sell out - secure your spot today and be part of the experience with us!
