Too many choices.
Too little depth.

“What if there’s someone better?”
“What if this isn’t everything I need?”

So we keep scrolling through people.
Holding back vulnerability.
Avoiding labels.
Leaving when things feel hard.

But love isn’t built in comfort —
it’s built in consistency.

Real connection needs patience, presence, repair.
And that’s something no swipe can replace. by @msantidote

Little joys of 2025 ✨

Like every year, 2025 came with its share of curveballs.

Moments that tested patience, resilience, and faith.
Days that felt heavy, uncertain, or simply exhausting.

But as the year comes to a close and I look back, I realise how much there is to be grateful for.

Some moments were big and life-changing.
Some were small, quiet, and deeply grounding. ✨

Together, they tell the real story of this year.

As a clinical psychologist, I’m often reminded that gratitude doesn’t mean denying the hard parts. 🩷

It means allowing both to coexist — the challenges and the joy, the loss and the growth, the uncertainty and the blessings.

This carousel is just a small pause to acknowledge what 2025 gave me, and to share it with you. 🧿

And maybe also a gentle reminder — no matter how harsh a year feels, there will always be moments worth holding on to.

Here’s to noticing them 🤍
and most importantly, here’s to looking ahead to another year 🥰 by @msantidote

A little therapist reminder: slow down, be present and make time for the people you love. The festive season is meant to be enjoyed, too. ❤️

Your therapist isn’t a mind reader, but they’re pretty good at spotting the plot holes. 👀

Every therapist has a little therapist energy outside the therapy room too 👀🧠💭

We asked our therapists: what’s the most therapist thing about you? 🌱💚

The guilt isn’t biological. It’s conditioned.

From carrying the invisible mental load to feeling guilty for choosing work, mothers are often expected to do it all, while so much of the work that goes into keeping a family running goes unnoticed.

Maybe it’s time we stopped asking mothers how they manage it all and started asking why they’re expected to. 💭

Some patterns are passed down so quietly, we don’t even realise we’ve inherited them. 🤍

From self-sacrifice to hiding our emotions, the way we grow up can shape how we see ourselves and our needs. Sometimes, understanding ourselves means looking at the generations before us. 🌱

Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar. You might not know what to say or where to begin, and that’s okay.

You don’t need all the answers. Sometimes, therapy begins with simply acknowledging that you haven’t been feeling like yourself lately.

You don’t need to know where to start. You just need a place to start🤍

Motherhood was never meant to be carried alone. 🤍

Sometimes, support looks like someone holding your baby. Sometimes, it’s someone feeding you, listening to you cry at midnight, or simply asking, “How are *you* doing?”

Building your village means learning to ask for help, too. You show up for others. You deserve to be held by them, too.

Because a mother’s needs matter, not just her child’s.

9 AM is actually 6 AM. 🤍

The hours of preparation before the workday even begins. Because for working mothers, the day starts long before the clock says so.

A little pause from the usual, a lot of time with my favourite people. 🤍

Mountains, lakes, little adventures, sleepy kids, sibling moments and so many memories to bring back home. Sometimes, it’s these simple days that stay with us the longest.

October, so far. ✨

A child doesn’t need one perfect parent. They need two parents who are equally present, involved, and willing to build that beautiful bond. ❤️

Fatherhood isn’t just about being there, it’s about choosing to be involved, learning, and creating a connection that shapes a child for life.
