The intention & the thoughtfulness poured into the elements we bring to our practice, directly influences the energy we want to cultivate 🌱

When we choose consciously manufactured solutions, we look after the planet and therefore all living beings.

Grateful for my friends @wearemaitreya a heart-centered woman owned business making a difference with their sustainable, organic cotton mats.

Disclaimer: This is not a paid add or paid endorsement of any kind, I’m a happy client just sharing my experience.

Happy & healthy New Year!✨

👀 Growth happens when we honor both our need for expansion and our need for regulation…

💪💪💪…Hassle culture will only invite you to be on “achieving mode “… “ to Just do it! “ …“ Do it scare” this does not fit everyone!

🪧 But wait, I’m not pitching to go on just “ soft-girl era” either ✌️🧚‍♀️… not at all, we need balance that can only come from taking smaller steps first.

We don’t need to avoid fear nor do we all need to do cold plunges…

We must befriend our anxiety but micro-dose the steps, this way , we will gain the trust of our nervous system again and it will cooperate in our success and ever lasting joy.

If I did it anyone can 🤍
