CAST ANNOUNCEMENT 📣
Meet Madison, she is a Sydney-based actor and emerging director, working across both stage and screen. A graduate of UOW (BCA Performance), she was the 2013 recipient of the BBM Award for theatre and a 2024/25 KXT Step Up artist.

Some of her recent performance credits include Lou in “WALLY,” presented by Moon Bureau at KXT; Olivia in “Twelfth Night” for Whale Chorus; “30-50 Feral Hogs” at the Real Festival in Penrith for Q Theatre. In 2024, she premiered the award winning comedy musical “Hemlines” at Sydney Fringe, which has since toured to festivals both nationally & internationally. by @mschippendale

What We See In The Water opens this week as part of Artslab at @shopfront_arts 🪸A beautiful exploration of grief, loss and connection told through the eyes of the child with puppetry and live opera.

It’s been wonderful to work with such a bundle of multi-disciplinary creatives - this work combines gorgeous sound design, classical music, singing, puppetry, movement and text. We’ve been working really hard to make something special and I can’t wait to share it with you all!

“Wait… that was to camera…”

The year’s self tape bloopers. A bit of a shorter reel than past years. I like to think it’s because I’m making less mistakes the longer I spend practicing being in front of a camera, but I honestly think it’s actually because I did way more in the room auditions this year 😂🫣 Shout out to Jamie for his endless patience in being my reader this year, especially quite often on short notice.
