Mijn Hyrox results tot nu toe..mooi lijstje al zeg ik t zelf!!
Trots op wat ik heb bereikt en nog lang niet klaar met deze reis!

In 2023 begon mijn Hyrox avontuur, ik had het al eens eerder voorbij zien komen maar niemand was zo gek om mee te gaan. Later besloten om het dan toch maar alleen te doen.
1:16 en 1:15 in de open klasse. Delphin tegengekomen en in November 2023 bij hem gaan trainen. Direct naar een 1:08 in de open gegaan en kort daarna gekwalificeerd voor mijn eerste WK in Nice. Alleen heen gegaan (gelukkig ben je in de Hyrox community nooit alleen) en mijn eerste Pro daar gedaan. 2025 kwalificeerde ik me voor de Solo en met m’n maatje Niels lastminute nog in Heerenveen op de Doubles. 25 races later mag ik naar mijn 3e WK. Helaas niet Niels maar wel Solo en mixed doubles met topper Thanee. Super veel zin in en toch ook wel weer spannend. Samen met de kids op pad met de auto, lukt alles wat ik in gedachten heb? We gaan t zien, Dinsdag gaan we daarheen en dan begint t feest. by @mschohaus

🔥 Run smarter, not harder! 🔥

Afgelopen woensdag kregen de jeugdtrainers van Korfbalvereniging Atlantis een energieke en leerzame clinic van niemand minder dan trainer Martijn Schohaus 🏃‍♂️

Met zijn jarenlange ervaring in hardlopen, training geven én als HYROX-atleet, nam hij de groep mee in de wereld van looptechniek. Van de juiste houding tot essentiële basisvaardigheden – alles kwam voorbij.

De trainers gingen naar huis met nieuwe inzichten én praktische tips om direct toe te passen op het veld.

Dank je wel Martijn voor je enthousiasme en expertise! 🙌
