Bold + Healing
Not everyone deserves access to you.
Cutting people off isn’t hate. It’s healing.
It’s choosing peace over chaos, and purpose over distractions.
God didn’t bring you this far to let the wrong people drain you.

Father, give me wisdom to know who to keep close and strength to let go of what’s not from You. Guard my heart, my energy, and my peace. Lead me to people who pour into me and my purpose. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

You glow differently when you love yourself.
When you stop looking to people to validate you and start letting God validate you.
When your peace isn’t tied to a text, a like, or someone’s opinion.
Affirmation: I am loved. I am chosen. I am enough. My joy comes from the Lord and no one can take that from me.
I don’t need permission to shine. God already called me His masterpiece.

Father, thank You for making me fearfully and wonderfully made. Teach me to love myself the way You love me. Help me to find my worth in You and not in people. Fill me with Your joy, peace, and confidence today. Let my light shine so others see You in me. In Jesus’ name, Amen 🙏🏾

Peaceful + Grounded
What’s for me knows me.
It doesn’t have to chase me. It doesn’t have to confuse me. It just fits.

God already wrote my story, and He knows exactly who and what belongs in it.

We met at Texas Southern University and I’m so grateful God gave me you. You’ve seen every version of me and still chose me. You’re my sister by choice, my peace, my prayer partner, my forever hype woman, and one of my favorite clients to love on in the chair.
