Dear Me,

Happy 33rd Birthday.

Today, I celebrate not just my age, but my journey.

I celebrate the silent battles nobody saw.
The nights I cried and still found strength to wake up the next morning.
The disappointments that tried to harden me but instead taught me wisdom.
The people I lost, the versions of myself I outgrew, and the dreams I refused to abandon.

I honor the woman I have been — soft yet strong, tired yet hopeful, broken at times yet never destroyed.

At 33, I am no longer begging life to choose me.
I choose myself.
I choose peace over confusion.
I choose growth over fear.
I choose purpose over approval.
I choose healing over pretending.
And I choose to walk boldly into the life God has prepared for me.

Today, I let go of every burden that no longer belongs to me:
the pain,
the delays,
the self-doubt,
the fear of not being enough,
the guilt,
the pressure to explain myself,
and every attachment that drained my light.

I release them with grace.

And now, I welcome the new.

I welcome clarity.
I welcome genuine love.
I welcome financial abundance.
I welcome stability.
I welcome opportunities that align with my purpose.
I welcome confidence, joy, peace, beauty, success, and divine favor.

To the younger version of me:
You made it.
Even through everything, you made it.

And to the woman I am becoming:
I am proud of you already.

33 looks like rebirth.
33 looks like wisdom.
33 looks like elevation.
33 looks like grace.

Congratulations to me for surviving, evolving, and still daring to dream.

Heavenly father,
Today marks Nine(9) years since my mum left this earth, yet her love still lives in my heart every single day. Thank You for the gift of her life. Thank You for her sacrifices, her prayers over me, her strength, her warmth, and the way she loved me so deeply.

Lord, I entrust her soul completely continously Into Your hands. Grant her eternal rest and let perpetual light shine upon her Soul. May she dwell in Your presence where there is no pain, no sorrow, and no suffering ✨️ only peace and everlasting joy.

On days like this, my heart feels the weight of missing her. Please comfort me. Fill the space she left with Your peace. Remind me that love does not end with death. Help me to live in a way that honors her with grace, kindness, strength, and faith.

If she can see me, I pray she is proud. If she can hear me, I pray she knows how much I still love her.

Thank You, Lord, for Nine (9)beautiful years of memories that time can never erase. Keep her safe in Your eternal embrace until we meet again.

To the most amazing community in my circle—my family, my friends, and every beautiful soul who reached out on my birthday—I want to say thank you.

Your calls, messages, prayers, gifts (both in cash and in kind), your kindness, compassion, and overwhelming show of love made this birthday the best I’ve ever had. I’m still in awe, and I honestly don’t have the words to fully express the joy I felt.
