I genuinely enjoyed celebrating my birthday. I had the opportunity to spend time with my favorite Weirdo and go ziplining @screamingraptorziplines and experience @blinkcincinnati while finishing tonight off on the @cincinnatidinnertrain. I make 40 look good. It's not because of the clothes I wear or the way I look, but because of the peace I carry, the lessons I’ve learned, and the confidence that comes from knowing who I am. I’ve earned every bit of this glow. It's the kind that comes from healing, forgiving, and growing through what tried to break me. Forty isn’t the end of youth; it’s the beginning of a deeper kind of beauty. One that radiates from wisdom, balance, and joy. I make 40 look good because I feel good inside and out.
Thank you to all who participated in my surprise birthday celebration and for the birthday wishes. I really enjoyed and appreciate all of the love. I love you!

30 things I learned in my 30's:::
I like me. That simple truth took years to grow into. I like the woman that I am becoming. The way I think, the way I love, the way I keep showing up for myself even when no one’s watching. I like that I can admit my flaws without allowing them define me. I like that I’m softer now, but stronger too. I like that I’m learning to rest, to say no, to let go. For so long, I looked for validation in other people’s eyes, but I’ve learned to find peace in my own reflection. I like my laugh, my boundaries, my growth and my truth. I like me. That kind of love doesn’t need anyone else’s permission. My existence is proof of my worth. I like me deeply, fully and unapologetically. And that’s enough.
Your body changes, but it’s still worthy.
