Your comfort zone is an oxymoronic place. When you consider the word “comfort” you think of ease, contentment, a place of rest however it is also a place of slothfulness, excuse making and misplaced faith. When a mother eagle wants her children to fly, she will literally shake up their nests which is their place of comfort.

You’ve mastered that old place, kudos to you. While not downplaying the hard work you did in that place, there is a new place that God wants to show you. You will be a fish out of water and that’s ok. I’m in a new place where my curiosity about God has increased. I have more questions because my spirit is saying that there is more to learn.

Questions are apart of relationships. How do you expect to know someone without asking questions? We didn’t come here knowing God, that’s what Holy Spirit is for. I am so hyped about this. As many of you know, I have been in youth development for quite some time now. I can't shake it and God won't let me. I have also been in youth ministry for a long time and believe that there needs to be a holistic approach to serving our youth.
