Finally went through some wedding photos to reminisce that warm sunny day in March 2019 @langhampasadena where we gathered with our family and friends to say I do💕

The hubs and I frequently talk about how blessed we feel to have had our nearest and dearest there not only to celebrate together but also there to help us make our “big day” and its plethora of moving parts a success.

And Thanks to my girls who helped both front and backstage, I don’t think I ever got to a bridezilla moment! Love you gals❤️

Mic checking 🎥during the Winter Olympics.
To call these moments good memories is an understatement. From MCing the lighting of the Olympic torch to interviewing figure skating Olympian Kim Yuna and numerous other athletes to going live for the Winter Olympic Channel, every SINGLE 😭day… albeit while sleep deprived and amid. freezing weather … it was truly an exhausting yet fulfilling part of my career in broadcasting.

But it also just hit me that it’s already been 4 years and I’m that much older. Dang.

평창동계올림픽 때 잠도 못 자고 매일 생방송 하며 어떻게 버텨냈는지 모르겠다 ㅎㅎ 여러모로 힘들었지만 김연아선수 인터뷰했던 추억 그리고 매일생방송 뛰었던 울 팀 👏 생각하면 평생기역 할 추억이다 💕

So much has happened last month and many were of moments of this little one, whom we are so proud of! A few weeks ago she entered her first mandarin poetry contest and placed, practiced and practiced for her first musical🎵. Then following week, she graduated PreK and celebrated with all her friends 💕and put on the most adorable performances for all the parents. It amazing what 4 year olds are capable of doing because I am exhausted solely from taking her to all the practices etc.
During all the prep, I asked her if she was too tired to do it all but she insisted and said she wanted to do it. 🥴🥹

I stare at her when she sleeps (so creepy I know lol) bc I want to hold onto these moments and her baby stage for as long as I can. Meanwhile baby Q is growing up so fast that I can barely keep up. I really do want time to slow down. 😭 by @msjennyjo

Eating out has become easier now that baby eats more adult food. She actually eats more than our four year old. I’m always surprised at HOW MUCH she can eat. It’s like wow. Happy 17 months to my baby Q! by @msjennyjo

This little one loves her new sweater @groupproject_official 💕 watch her little excited dance and her silliness in frames. I have no idea where she gets this silliness from 🤷🏻‍♀️
We spent earth day hanging outdoors talking about how to love the earth and take care of it. We also walked by a candy store and discussed why she can’t have any 😬. So she she asked if she could just look at them 😂. by @msjennyjo

We managed to get all of us out the door and 3 out of 4 dressed in hanbok. I call that a win 🤣 .

A bit late, but soaking in a quick recap of last year. Where did the year go? What did I do? What did I get done or didn’t get done? If I answer these questions I’ll only focus on what wasn’t done or what didn’t happen. Instead I CHOOSE to focus on what’s to come and what I’m about to make happen this year 🤞 albeit life allows me to 🤣. And if things don’t go as planned, well, I’ll live and shall choose to laugh, smile, and be in the moment as much as possible.
.
I don’t know why but I feel odd about posting selfies nowadays🤣 whereas pre-motherhood, I had #noshame whatsoever 🤦🏻‍♀️. Working on finding that sweet spot and practicing with this #selfie post.
.
I do admit I “allowed” myself to take some more “me” time in 2023 and to feel a bit of my old self again. Super grateful I was able to do that. Plan to do more of it in 2024 🤣. All of us mamas should. My cup is full and I can’t wait to see what the new year has in store! by @msjennyjo
