✨ IFBB PRO DEBUT! ✨

What a weekend. What a season. What a ride! ❤️

After earning my IFBB Pro Card at NPC North Americans on Saturday, I had the incredible opportunity to turn around the very next day and make my IFBB Pro debut at the Masters World Championships!

First callouts and 7th place out of 15 incredible athletes in my very first pro show! To say I’m thrilled and proud is an understatement. 🥹🏆

This entire season has been one I’ll never forget — from the NY Pro/Am in May, through all three summer NPC Masters Pro Qualifiers, to earning my Pro Card and stepping onto a pro stage the very next day.

I’ve loved this crazy, challenging, amazing ride!

So much gratitude to @jamidebernard, @fbf_papa_bear, and the entire @fitbodyfusion family, who somehow managed to be everywhere, doing ALL the things, ALL at once! 😂

I felt like @drewbrannon08, @erinkamm_ifbbpro, and @schuylerreeves had 👀 on me at all times, guiding me every step of the way. ❤️

Thank you @garyudit for not one, but TWO incredible shows this weekend — and a huge shoutout to the judges who watched more than 1,300 competitors cross the stage over six days in Pittsburgh, along with the crew and expeditors who kept everything running like clockwork. 👏🏽

And of course, thank you @amberpbeauty_ and @indiawilliamshair for making sure the makeup and hair were 🔥 for my pro debut!

For now, it’s time to step away from the stage, celebrate everything this season brought me, and figure out what’s next.

IFBB Pro show #1 is officially in the books. ❤️ by @msjude_ifbbpro

At 56, after starting bodybuilding at 47, I finally earned my IFBB PRO CARD! ❤️🏆

Words can’t fully capture what this moment means to me. I’m proud not only of the card, but of everything it took to get here:

The early mornings. The long hours in the gym. The cardio. The posing practice. The meals. The sacrifices. The disappointments. The countless times I had to regroup, improve, and try again.

And I certainly didn’t get here alone.

To my loving husband @pk2_studios : thank you for supporting this crazy dream for eight years—for your patience, encouragement, countless hours around my training and competitions, and for tolerating more chicken, sweet potatoes, and oatmeal than either of us could count. ❤️ I couldn’t have done this without you.

To my incredible coach, @jamidebernard: thank you for believing in me, pushing me, challenging me, and helping me cross this finish line. You are truly one of the best in the business, and I’m so grateful to have had you in my corner.

And to our team at @fitbodyfusion: thank you for the time, care, and attention you’ve given me throughout this journey.

To all the coaches, competitors, friends, and incredible people I’ve met along the way: thank you for making this journey about so much more than bodybuilding. I’ve built friendships I treasure, met people who inspire me, and learned more about myself than I ever expected.

Most of all, I hope my story reminds someone:

It is not too late.

I started this journey at 47.

I earned my IFBB Pro Card at 56.

Whatever big, scary, slightly crazy dream you’ve been wondering whether you’re too old, too late, or too far behind to pursue—go after it.

Dreams don’t have expiration dates.

Keep showing up. Stay committed. Keep believing, especially when the road takes longer than expected.

Sometimes the dreams that take the longest to achieve mean the most when they finally come true.

Eight years. One dream. And now I can finally say it:

I’M AN IFBB PRO! ❤️🏆

Feeling proud after a 4th place finish at NPC Universe yesterday! These masters competitors are showing up everyday and showing the world what fitness looks like at any age. My goal each day and with each competition is to keep rising to the challenge.

Thanks to my family @pk2_studios and @ziggy_thebichon for cheering me on and to my outstanding coaches @jamidebernard and @fbf_papa_bear and the entire @fitbodyfusion family for guiding me through this journey even when my confidence falters and my resolve weakens. You are all cherished and appreciated! 💗
