Finally got to see this in person...and yes I caved. List of excuses, I mean valid reasons.😁
1. I'm about out of audiobook time for this month.😏
2. My mom is getting too far ahead of me.😅
3. It's on sale.🙂
4. It has pretty sprayed edges.😊

Whew it's been a week, and with the storm this weekend, relaxing at home seems like a good idea. Just finished The Secret of Chimneys (my first Agatha Christie) and absolutely loved it. I've been listening to The Sixth Faction and it is so addictive. My mom and I are reading it at the same time, so there are lots of conversations and jokes going on. The Looney Tunes Donuts were a surprise from my parents, and I ate the Bugs Bunny. Picked up little Nanea at a yard sale last week, so now she's a part of the doll family. Henry the turkey is happy as long as he has his donut and coffee. Have a great weekend!🍂🥮

Happy release day @veronicaroth for The Sixth Faction! I started this morning and so did my mom. We really enjoyed the other books and films and definitely want to see where this goes!

Ok this is a roundup of several different days. I picked up this free with purchase sweater from the @dunkin @llbean collab. Misty the bunny decided it was her turn to wear the cool coffee sweater so Minnie is wearing a sweater in matching colors. We even made a bookmark celebrating this fun collab. We picked up some fun mystery books to try including my first Agatha Christie. I've been wanting to try her all year and it finally worked out. We found Nessarose @olliesoutlet and decided to bring her home. Pablo the horse we picked up @carowinds and our fairy friends Tink and Beck we picked up at the flea market the night after finishing Wings of Reverie by @brightlyanna . Definitely pixie perfect!✨❄️

Just a poor innocent squirrel who needed some caffeine...and a special sweater from the new @dunkin and @llbean collab for the first day of fall. We were fortunate to be able to grab one on the way to work before they ran out. Happy first day of fall!🍁🍂🧡💚☕🐿️

Nutmeg here to share a stack of cozy mysteries, most of which we read this year. The Cat Who series I tried this year, thanks to @lisarhoweler , Pride, Prejudice and Peril I read about on here, and some of the others were gifts from family members. I'm currently reading The Juliet Code by @pepperbasham and I'm definitely enjoying it so far. 📚🍁

Happy #mugmonday ! Benjamin here wanted to try out my Peter Rabbit mug. He also thinks I should put some cookies on the matching saucer. I'm beginning to think this is why he got in the cup to begin with...🐰🍪☕

Today is as good a day as any for #frozenfriday !
I really liked these postcards especially the one with concept art for Anna. Ever since I saw the trailer for Frozen 3, I wanted to try Cinderella's wedding dress on Anna. It definitely reminds me of Anna's wedding dress. Little Anna and Olaf decided to join in the fun as well. Happy Labor Day weekend!❄️🍁

Just some bookish fun with my favorite squirrel (okay my only squirrel;) Nutmeg. The rose is from one of my kids from school. This one was pretty interesting. I enjoyed learning about Sir Isaac Newton in between solving the mystery of the stolen box. I liked the side characters too, especially Solomon. It was a fun quick read after finishing up the Emily series (which I am now obsessed with).☪️🍁

Just a few photos of Odette and Autumn Rose Belle in some pieces we picked up recently. Odette finally has her wedding dress (little Odette the swan wanted to pose with her:), and Belle loves this peach rose nightgown. It feels like it was made for her.🦢🥀

Happy #lmmontgomerymonday ! I thought I'd post a few hours early. Today's prompt is "person, place, or thing that starts with A." I thought of Emily Starr's vow to climb the Alpine Path. I'm reading her series this summer and I'm a little over halfway through Emily Climbs. I recently bought and fixed up this Snow White Barbie and decided to make her into a grown up Emily Starr. Emily's been keeping me busy making bookmarks, saving quotes, book journaling, and coming up with my own Emily doll. ☪️⛰️✍️📖💚
