'I got you' ~ Corey Springer
Words that never failed! Words I can definitely take to the bank!

May 11, 2025, a day I'll never forget. A day that felt like the reintroduction of IFBB PRO Kara-Lynn Belle.

The stage is just the showcase.

Behind the scenes you have to be willing to throw away comfort to see progress. You need to have the right mindset, the right Coach and team in your corner. You need to be driven by trust, patience, discipline and not just motivation to get the job done.
This prep renewed my strength, boosted my confidence, and made me push and reach many limits

@ifbbpro_anomar thank you for believing in me. Thank you for always being that constant buzz in my ear pushing me forward. I appreciate your selflessness, guidance and support in everything!

@narkside you literally gave my mind and body a complete overhaul, and I stepped on stage with my BEST package to date.
You showed me my true potential and mental and physical strength that I didn't see within myself.
Thank you for challenging me, pushing my limits and believing in my ability. You ignited a fire within me that's excited to see where we can go from here. Thank you for being such a selfless, caring, thoughtful, AMAZING Coach.
I appreciate you!

To my family, friends, followers, and sponsors, thank you for staying by my side throughout this prep. I appreciate all of you.

You are capable of great things in this lifetime, but you have to believe it to achieve.
It's never too late to reinvent yourself.

Trust and believe, these words are not only about fitness!
I see you, I support you!

🎶And every single day
I wake up,
the world is my buffet
I fly out,
fuck up another stage
Babygirl in control
I feel like Nicole🎶

Dem laugh at me, talk bout me, record me against my ..

But look at me now!!

When I started training with these gangsters vs now!

As Coach @narkside would say, never be afraid to fail.

I have grown and continue to grow.

This is what you call failing forward!

Celebrated a new year around the sun on July 31 with a full heart and plenty gratitude🙏 39 Fine!

Now, its a new day, a new month.

5 months remaining in 2026, and there's still time to become an improved version of self. Sit back, strap in and ride the wave to the very end.
