DMV FAMILY & COUSINS!!

Who’s down for a little Halloween morning fun?

I’m putting together a “BOO! LET’S WALK!” 2-mile costume walk on Saturday, October 31st at 10a!

Nothing too serious… just some fresh air, good laughs, a little exercise, and a whole lot of foolishness in our costumes!

Family-friendly, so bring the kids, cousins, aunties, uncles… EVERYBODY! And yes, costumes are REQUIRED!

Not in the DMV? You can join virtually! We’ll connect via Zoom at 10a sharp and do a screenshot of everyone attending!

I’m trying to see who’s really down before I finalize the meetup spot.

DMV cousins and cousins in different states, who’s coming outside with me?

Drop a 👻 if you’re in!

Looking CRAZY, but today is day 1 of the new 30303 challenge and I’m excited for this round.

Yesterday marked my 1 year anniversary as a Farmasi influencer and for 6 months I used my products consistently and lost a total of 61lbs. I couldn’t be more proud of myself and now it’s time to take it up a notch.

Join me don’t watch me.

I’m so proud of myself man! I have not been sharing daily like I was while on the 30303 because some times we need a break from the noise but when I tell you! This just made my day man.

I CLEARLY still got some work to do but I’m not where I started and I’m not where I’m going.

When you crush one goal u set a new one.

Hit me up to get a sample pack of the detox juice or to join me on this next 30303 run.

🍉🍋‍🟩OKAYYYY… IT’S TIME TO LET THAT SH*T GO! 😂🙌🏾
And I mean the bloat, the backed-up bathroom routine, AND whatever else we’ve been holding onto! 😩😂

Sometimes the reset isn’t just about what the scale says. It’s about getting back to feeling lighter, more comfortable, refreshed, and back in your routine.

Meet Farmasi Nutriplus Cleanse & Reset 🍉🍋‍🟩
Two flavors. One mission: RESET & REFRESH!

🍉 Crisp Watermelon — sweet, juicy & refreshing
🍋‍🟩 Cool Lime — fresh, zesty & giving CLEAN vibes

Cleanse & Reset is designed to support regularity, digestive comfort, and help with occasional bloating—because baby, sometimes we don’t need to suck it in… we need to LET IT GO! 😂🙌🏾

And y’all already know I’m serious about this wellness journey. For me, it’s not just about looking good—I want to FEEL good too! 💪🏾✨

🔥 SO WHICH TEAM ARE YOU?
🍉 Team Watermelon or 🍋‍🟩 Team Cool Lime?

🍋‍🟩sample packs available🍉
Drop “RESET” below 👇🏾 or DM me and let’s get you together!

Because we are NOT taking everything with us into this next season… some sh*t has GOT TO GO! 😂🍉🍋‍🟩

Just got back from a quick turn and burn in Atlanta. With all that I have going on I was not going to miss the opportunity to celebrate my girl!!
As I celebrate her I also celebrate ME! We met through our mutual friend @venicaharrison1 6 years ago and I was too overweight to go on the top deck. That is no longer my story and as u scroll through my pics u see we love a boat lol.

With this new detox the next time u see me on a yacht my stomach gon be on flat 💪🏾✅

If u wanna get u some or understand how you can transform your life DM me.
