This 4-track EP by The Milk Spilled takes you on a reflective journey through hazy afternoons and nostalgic nights. From the solitude of 'An Evening at Home' to the dazed urban calm of 'Varanda,' each track paints a vivid scene. From the nostalgia of 'Back in '98' evoking a laid-back, golden era hip-hop reverie and 'In Retrospect' breathing thoughtfulness into chill rhythms, this is lofi trip-hop at its finest, now available on all digital platforms including spotify, apple music, beatport, traxsource, junodownload , bandcamp and hundreds more ... #lofiplaylist #lofiandchill #lofibeats #lofihiphop #triphop #chillout #downtempo #idm #lofivibes #hiphop #beats #electronic #nostalgia #themilkspilled #mslxrecordings by @mslxrecordings

An Evening at home: The first video for "The Milk Spilled" is now out!
There’s magic in a quiet night — fresh coffee steaming, the warmth of the flickering fire, solitude wrapping around you like a gentle embrace. Let time slow as you bask in the comfort of home.
All music and animation was made by a person at home: Trevor Wyatt. Aka The Milk Spilled - lofi artist.

The full four track EP - a nostalgic journey through hazy afternoons is up on the MSLX Black Label Bandcamp. Stream and full Digital release March 3.

Big ups to Forty Five live @45livemusic for their latest review of Spiltmilk Inna House 7 inch vinyl!! 'SPILTMILK - INNA HOUSE (MSLX RECORDINGS)

30th December 2024

Spiltmilk
Inna House
(MSLX Recordings)

From Vancouver comes this super-charged forty-five from Spiltmilk that is giving us all the feels this holiday season. Up front house vibes, this one should carry a some sort of warning label to warn listeners of how potent it could be once unleashed from it's MSLX Recordings sleeve. It appears that this one somehow slipped our quality radar but we're here to right that wrong. This essential gem of funkdafied house does nothing but move butts should prove to be the DJ's 'go to' secret weapon this holiday season. On the flip producer Rennie Foster presents us with yet another on-point flip aimed at the warehouse dancefloor that will please those who like to groove. DJ's should heed our advice and keep this forty-five in your box for every eventuality. Trust us, it's as fail safe as anything we've heard this year. They are down to the last two copies at MSLX Recordings Bandcamp page so get on it!' Thank you so much @45livemusic @bazhickey ! Make sure you follow 45 Live for the best tunes on our favorite format ! Keep that 45 inna house and close to your decks ! #45live #innahouse #funky45s #fortyfive #7inchvinyl #review #mslxrecordings #spiltmilk #housemueslix @djspiltmilk by @mslxrecordings

Douglas Firth - Bring it Back mention from @Junodownload 'On the flip to this, we then check out 'Bring It Back', a much quicker arrangement with more wooden-sounding drum instrumentation, fused by bulging sub-bass patterns, all leading towards a super sub-heavy breakdown towards the track's outro. Top stuff!' #junodownload #exclusive #ukgarage #ukfunky #deephouse #housemueslix #housemusic #douglasfirth by @mslxrecordings

Junodownload review of Douglas Firth Sea to Sky:

"Next up from Black Label, a mooch into the more subtle areas of 4x4, with Douglas Firth arriving here for a moogy pair of underground rollers, showcasing the more subtle side of his production talents. First up, 'Sea To Sky' gives us a moderately stripped-back soundscape to explore, fusing distant pad textures with highly melodic bass notation and a steady feeling of eeriness.
". Thanks Juno! @junodownload @mslxrecordings #ukfunky #deephouse #ukgarage #thumpinhouse #junodownload #housemusic by @mslxrecordings
