800+ cyclists. One incredible weekend.

Major Taylor Cycling International Alliance weekend in Durham, North Carolina was everything!

There’s something powerful about seeing cyclists from all walks of life come together through a shared love of cycling, wellness, community, and culture. Grateful for the opportunity to ride alongside my brothers and sisters from across the country and around the world. Even spent some time with cousin Prim creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Watching you grow from my little boy into this amazing young man has been one of the greatest joys of my life. You’ve helped me grow just as much as I’ve watched you grow.

Great weekend participating in the Philadelphia Eagles Autism Ride 💚🦅

I had the honor of representing Team Dommie and seeing the joy she experienced meeting Philadelphia Eagles players and being part of such an amazing event was truly special.

Experiences like this remind you that autism impacts entire families, not just individuals. To every parent, caregiver, and loved one supporting someone with autism daily I salute you. Your patience, strength, advocacy, and unconditional love deserve recognition every single day. It truly takes a special person.

We spent a few days together in North Carolina, laughing, talking, and of course… cooking. Food was her love language. I even tried to keep her out the kitchen and took her to dinner, but she made sure to teach me how to make her famous biscuits anyway.

While she was still asleep, I went to the market, got everything we needed, and when she woke up… we made biscuits together.

God knew I needed her… and I’m so grateful I got that time.

I woke up this morning to food she prepared and a sense of peace I can’t even explain.

This birthday looked a little different for me… ✨

Normally, I’m somewhere on vacation celebrating another year of life, but this year, I stepped fully into my purpose and launched Melanated with MS — a nonprofit created to support, uplift, and bring awareness to MS in our community.

What started as a diagnosis turned into a calling. This journey hasn’t always been easy, but it has been meaningful, powerful, and filled with purpose. I’m beyond grateful for everyone who showed up, supported, encouraged, and celebrated this moment with me.

Here’s to turning pain into purpose, stories into impact, and building a community where no one has to navigate MS alone. 🧡
