Since the first night of this surprise VIP J. Cole experience, I’ve been on a high I haven’t come down from! 😭🔥 I’m still living in that moment and reflecting on what God showed me: never take rare moments or great relationships for granted…🤎✨

THE WOMAN BEHIND THE TRANSFORMATION 🌱🥰

A few days ago, I shared my 12 month postpartum transformation, and the love you all showed me was incredible 💕✨💕✨

But what touched me most wasn’t the compliments

It was the women who reached out and shared that they’re praying for the discipline and consistency to begin their own journeys….

And I want to tell you something…

Discipline isn’t something I woke up with one morning

It’s something I had to practice…..

Consistency wasn’t about being perfect every day

It was about making a commitment to myself and continuing to show up…

My goal was simple: to get back to feeling like ME!🥰

Light✨Active✨Confident✨

And through this journey, I’ve learned that sometimes the most powerful transformation happens long before anyone notices the physical changes….

To every mother trying to reconnect with herself, I see you 💕✨🥂

You deserve to feel good in your own skin, wherever you are in your journey….

And remember:

You don’t have to do everything today…. Just start somewhere 🙌🏾🌱✨

12 MONTHS✨ ONE GOAL✨ GETTING BACK TO ME✨

After pregnancy, I had one goal in mind: to get back to my original weight and, more importantly, to feel like myself again…

Light✨ Active✨ Confident✨

I’ve incorporated plant based foods into my lifestyle for nearly 10 years, so eating plant based wasn’t something new I discovered during this journey…

But consistency? Discipline? Making myself a priority again?

That was a different story…

I had to become intentional about showing up for myself, even when life was pulling me in a million different directions…

I started by challenging myself to make fresh juicing part of my daily routine… Then came the commitment to physical fitness….

And over these 12 months, I’ve learned something:

You can spend so much time taking care of everything and everyone around you that you forget how important it is to take care of YOU….

This journey wasn’t about becoming a different woman.

It was about reconnecting with the woman I’ve always been….

The active woman✨
The confident woman✨
The woman who feels good in her own skin✨

And while the physical transformation is something I’m proud of, the discipline and commitment behind it mean just as much.

Because wellness isn’t just about looking good…. It’s about feeling good, living intentionally, and keeping the promises you make to yourself.

12 months later, I’m celebrating how far I’ve come✨🥂

And I’m still becoming. 👑🌱✨

I didn’t reinvent myself…. I recommitted to myself… 🥰

Last night was definitely a VIBE! 🥳💦🥂 But more than anything, it was a celebration of someone who is so deserving of all the love she received! 💕🎂

20+ years of friendship, memories, laughs, ups, downs, and growing through so many different seasons of life together… at this point, FRIEND just doesn’t cover it….that’s my SISTER! 🫶🏾♾️

And if you know her, you know she wears MANY hats! A beautiful mother of three, a talented hairstylist, personal trainer, motivational speaker, and an all-around amazing woman with one of the sweetest hearts. 💕 She motivates, encourages, pours into others, and still knows how to come outside and have a GOOD TIME! 😂🥂💦

Sis, I pray this new chapter brings you everything you’ve been pouring into everybody else…..LOVE, HAPPINESS, PEACE, SUCCESS, ABUNDANCE & MORE! ✨

✨Happy Mommies Day to All the mothers in the World that’s making things Happen✨ we carry these babies for nearly 10 months then we turn around and carry them for a lifetime 🥹keeping them feed, clothed, educated, and covered from all hurt, harm, or danger ⛔️ it’s tough being a Mother BUT 🗣️WE DO THIS ISH WELL!!!! 🫶🏾🥂

Becoming a mother of two has changed my world in the most beautiful way 🤍✨
