I had the pleasure of attending the @influencersbako Women’s Conference: Life in Color, Covered by Grace on Saturday, and it was such a blessing to be in the room. 🤍

I also had the opportunity to serve on the prayer team. Saturday morning, before the ladies arrived, God had given me very specific prayers to pray as I walked through the room praying over empty tables and chairs.

I personally came in excited because I understood my color for this season, but God had also shown me that many women were living life colored by shame, disappointment, heartbreak, guilt, rejection, and even unworthiness.

So before a woman ever sat in a chair, I prayed over those places.

That shame would be replaced with grace.
That disappointment would not get the final word.
That heartbreak would not define what came next.
That guilt would lose its grip.
That rejection would no longer determine identity.
And that every woman who had questioned her worth would be reminded of how deeply she is loved and how intentionally she has been chosen by God.

And then I watched women walk into a room we had already prayed over. 🥹 But the best part for me was squeezing down a row and getting the opportunity to pray one-on-one with young ladies right there in their seats. There was something powerful about being able to meet them in that moment, hear their hearts, and personally cover them in prayer.

Life may have colored some of our stories in ways we never chose, but grace has the final covering.

I’ve noticed that competence can become a mask.

People celebrate what you accomplish without ever asking what it costs you.

Sometimes people see the workout.
They don’t see the discipline it took to show up.

They see the work.
They don’t see the late nights, the hard conversations, or the weight of the responsibility.

They see the opportunities.
They don’t see the disappointments that came before them.

They see the smile.
They don’t always see the surrender that made it possible.

Maybe that’s why so many capable women quietly carry more than anyone realizes.

Not because they’re trying to hide it.

But because they’ve become so accustomed to carrying the weight that everyone assumes they’re okay.

People give who they are not what you deserve. 🛑

You’ve been showing up, giving your best, calling it love secretly hoping that if you just did enough, they’d finally choose you.

They didn’t.

And that’s not about your worth. That’s idolatry. You made them gods and handed them power they were never meant to hold over you.

The rejection wasn’t the verdict.
It was the redirection.

What you deserve was never theirs to give it was always yours to walk in. You are royalty. Bought with a price. Wonderfully and beautifully made.

Start giving yourself what you kept waiting on them to give you.

Saying yes to that isn’t a moment.
It’s a daily choice. 👑

Pressure isn’t YOUR enemy…Misalignment is 🤯

I get it.
Because when everything is on you… it gets heavy.

But I’m learning this
sometimes God doesn’t remove the pressure…
He upgrades the person under it.

So maybe it’s not about quitting…
maybe it’s about finding your rhythm again.

You don’t need a new life, you need one value to stand on.
Choose it. Commit to it. Become it.
