🔥 TAKE IT TO THE STREETS – SAN PAWL IL-BAĦAR 🔥

Another stop for Take It to the Streets, bringing urban sports, culture and the community together! ❤️ @lucuaau 🎥🔥

This edition was also a little different, as we had some unfinished business from the Urban Sports Festival. After the rain stopped our Inline Skating competitions in Birżebbuġa, we brought them over to San Pawl il-Baħar and finally got to crown our winners! 🛼🏆

🛼 INLINE SKATING RESULTS

Slalom – Beginners
🥇 Amelia
🥈 Teodora
🥉 Zoya

Slalom – Advanced
🥇 Adam
🥈 Amy
🥉 Piter

Speed Race – Beginners
🥇 Amela
🥈 Daisy
🥉 Teodora

A massive well done to everyone who took part, and a big thank you to @skate_uni_ , @roll_n_malta and everyone who helped us complete the competitions. 🙌

Alongside the competitions, the evening brought together BMX, Skateboarding, Inline Skating, Parkour, Breaking, graffiti and street culture, giving young people the opportunity to try something new, ride together and be part of the community.

Take It to the Streets is co-funded by the European Union and delivered as a collaborative project between MSSA and @movemalta , helping us create more opportunities for young people through sport, culture and community activities. Thank you @eupa.malta

A big thank you to @regjuntramuntana for supporting Take It to the Streets, together with all the organisations, volunteers and people who helped make another great evening happen. ❤️

And we’re not stopping here…

👑 7 TO CROWN — BATTLE MOMENTS

No shortcuts. No choreography. Just music, movement, character and the courage to step into the cypher. 🔥

Some moments from our 7 to Crown All Style Battles — where every round is another chance to hold your ground and show YOUR style.

This is what we love about the culture:
Cypher. Battle. Respect. Community. ✊

Big respect to every dancer who stepped up, shared their energy and kept the floor alive. 💛🖤

Community First. Always.

Malta vs Korea 🇲🇹🇰🇷An old video, but a moment I still carry with me.

Stepping onto that huge stage at the UK Champs, representing Malta among thousands of high-level breakers, was frightening and emotional. I was proud to be there, but I was nervous too.

Travelling the world with my girl and sharing moments like this is part of our history. Today, we carry those experiences into Street Elements and share what we learned with the next generation.

People see the battle. They don’t always see the struggle, the hours of work, the dedication and the commitment it took to get there.

This is why I’ll always keep showing up for breaking and for our community. 💛🖤

🔥 DAY 3 — URBAN SPORTS FESTIVAL 2026

The final day at Pretty Bay definitely tested us! 🌧️ Just as the Inline Skating competitions started, the rain came down and forced us to pause the programme.

But the day wasn’t over! 💪

🤸 @rush.parkourmalta moved the Parkour competition down to the beach and kept it going, while ⚽ @maltaclasicos got to work mopping and preparing the Panna area so their competition could continue.

🔥 @street.elements also adapted, moving their Breaking and Dance programme to their studio so the battles could go ahead.

That community spirit is exactly what the Urban Sports Festival is about. ❤️ @lucuaau 🎥👏

🏆 DAY 3 WINNERS

⚽ Panna 1v1
🥇 @nigeljoborg

🤸 Parkour Speed – Beginners
🥇 Veljko Stojanovic
🥈 JJ Mula

🤸 Parkour Speed – Advanced
🥇 @nathaniel_camilleri
🥈 @stefanailn
🥉 Alejandro Schiberras & Luke Borg — Tie

🔥 Parkour Freestyle – Beginners
🥇 JJ Mula

🔥 Parkour Freestyle – Advanced
🥇 Nathaniel Camilleri
🥈 Alejandro Schiberras
🥉 Stefan Alin

⭐ Best Upcoming Parkour Athlete — Luke Borg

🛼 Unfortunately, Inline Skating couldn’t continue on the day, but the competitions were completed during Take It to the Streets in San Pawl il-Baħar. We’ll announce the Inline winners together with the Take It to the Streets video very soon!

The remaining Breaking & Dance winners will also be announced then. 👀🔥

A massive thank you to everyone who adapted and kept things moving despite the weather — and to all our athletes, volunteers, partners and sponsors who made the entire weekend possible! ❤️
