Seeing the love returned to her has overwhelmed me beyond words! ✨

To my dear friends, and especially the 'extended family' from different chapters of our lives; even though paths have diverged, thank you for reaching out and remembering her, it meant so much !💕💕💕
Thank you all for the shared beautiful memories with our sassy gal.

I am also deeply moved by the many friends that i've made here over the years. Even though we have not met in person, your heartfelt messages, love and warmth have reached me in a way words cannot express.
Whether we have known each other for a lifetime or here, please know that every message has been a comfort.

Happy 14th birthday, sweetheart 💕
On March 15th, time stopped for mommy. I’ve wanted to write this since the day you left, but the words have been trapped behind tears that still pour down unexpectedly, even as I write to you today.
Grief comes in waves. In the beginning, mornings were a suffocating weight, realizing our walk routine was gone. These days, I can look at your empty spot on the sofa without breaking down. But on some days, the wave still hits unexpectedly.We always wonder how the house can feel so impossibly empty. You were only 25kg, yet the space you left behind is crazy. When the missing gets too hard—like last night—I reach for the bag of your fur that i kept from your final hours. Breathing in your scent gives mommy comfort and solace.
Today, I finally found the courage to look through the photos of your final journey, from your admission to the private cremation ceremony. It was too painful before, but these deserve to be shared with our family and friends who loves you so much too! Even in those final quiet moments, you were the most beautiful baby. 💕What kept us going initially was sharing your younger videos. Through our tears, you made us laugh. We remembered what a wonderfully sassy gal you were—free-spirited, with a complete "devil-may-care" attitude, and omg, so food-motivated! You’d go completely insane barking for durian, your absolute favorite, though we had to hold you back because of the calories. You made everything easy for us, even taking your medicine.You were such an independent baby! It breaks my heart that you were too good, carrying your pain at the end without ever alarming us. You had never been seriously sick, and then—within just two brief days in the hospital—you left quietly without warning. It left us breathless.You gave us 13 beautiful years of perfection. We miss you like crazy and love you beyond measure—just like your unconditional love for us.

I was honestly hesitant about getting this @evnarchive.co oversized unisex jacket at first, but it turns out to be pure styling magic. Throwing it over fitted activewear gives the look so much character—it effortlessly balances out tighter silhouettes while keeping me warm in our freezing reformer studio 🥶

People at the studio are always asking how I maintain radiant skin and a lean physique—especially knowing I stay far away from high-intensity cardio, exhausting workouts, or anything that makes me sweat 😂
Instead of complex 10-step routines, this is what works for me: intentional daily movement, prioritizing my inner peace, and fueling with pure antioxidants. ♥️
My absolute favorite (almost daily) ritual? Escaping into this quiet corner, sipping straight ceremonial matcha for a cellular reboot, and letting my mind go blank for an entire hour in total tranquility.
