Render vs. Reality at the new “Golf Lounge” for @lincolnscottsdale ⛳️✨

An underutilized fitness amenity at The Lincoln Scottsdale was transformed into The Golf Lounge. A high-end resident space designed for play, lounging, and connection.

From the golf simulator and refined interior lounge to the newly activated outdoor courtyard, the goal was to create an amenity residents actually want to use.

A special thank you to @__bloomcollective for their beautiful interior work and @werk_urbandesign for shaping the exterior landscape experience.

Swipe to see the vision come to life.

Excited to announce that our team was invited by @facingsofamerica to come together and help face hunger in underdeveloped countries! Feed My Starving Children @fmsc_org is great local organization where we helped package dry foods which are then sent to 112 different countries!! And that’s a wrap!

We spent the summer teaching, growing, and learning alongside our awesome intern, @dillonrtisdale and what a fun experience it was! To celebrate him, we spent his last day doing some of his favorite things: eating some good ol’ BBQ and swinging clubs.

Dillon, we all wish you a successful 4th year back at @uarizonacapla. See ya soon! 👋🏽

We're thrilled to share a sneak peek of a stunning private residence in Scottsdale, where a classic 70's desert home is being transformed into a mid-century modern masterpiece. This project is all about creating a warm, inviting space tailored to the needs of a growing family.

The design embraces an open layout, fostering a spacious, free-flowing environment perfect for family life and entertaining guests. A striking wood slat wall has been added to bring contrast and depth, beautifully complementing the new open shelving in the kitchen and living room. To further enhance the space, we’ve introduced bar top seating in the kitchen that seamlessly connects to the exterior, allowing natural light to flood the area, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

This renovation is more than just an update; it’s a reimagining of a classic 70's style with a modern mid-century twist, designed to meet the needs of a busy, vibrant family. The goal is to create an entertainer's dream home that offers both style and function. Stay tuned as construction is set to begin later this year, and we can't wait to share more updates on this beautiful transformation!

🚧🦺Exciting progress on the Adler residence in the mountainous terrain of Mesa, Phoenix! General contractors began by clearing over 10 tons of stone to prepare the site. After leveling the terrain and addressing the 9’ retaining wall necessary for the Adler’s custom motorhome garage, we poured the footings, foundation, and stem walls. Now, we’re getting ready to pour the foundation slabs, setting the stage for plumbing and electrical work in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for more updates on this incredible project! 🏡✨

The Adler residence, located in an upscale subdivision of Mesa, represents the pinnacle of private, custom homebuilding. This exclusive residence features a meticulously crafted design that harmonizes luxury with practicality, setting a new standard for high-end living.

The creation of this distinctive home involved extensive, innovative architectural design that faced significant challenges, especially in seamlessly integrating the large motorhome garage into the home's aesthetic without disrupting the exterior’s cohesive appearance. Inside, the home boasts a plethora of luxurious features designed to meet the distinguished tastes of the client. A grand dining booth serves as the focal point of the expansive dining area, perfect for hosting large gatherings. The media room is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, providing an immersive entertainment experience. The exposed work mezzanines offer open, airy spaces that enhance the home’s modern design ethos.

One of the standout features is the seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living spaces. The outdoor kitchen, complete with bar seating, is an entertainer's dream, allowing for effortless hosting and dining under the stars. The thoughtful layout ensures a continuous flow between the indoor and outdoor areas, making the entire space feel interconnected and expansive. This home is not just a residence but a statement of sophisticated living, tailored to provide an unparalleled lifestyle experience.
