I’d like to thank everyone for the support for my son, Marcus and the Greer family. Saturday was a real heart breaking event, I have never seen my son breakdown like this before and to see his kids break right with him. At the same time to see my son stand and take leadership in putting his dad to rest, to see Jada stand tall and strong to read scriptures at grandpa Michael’s home going let’s me know that they are stronger than I thought and they will be ok. Everyone talked about football and the never lack of confidence that Micheal had, but Marcus made sure that he let everyone know how kind and caring his dad was even when he couldn’t move he was still there, too give words of encouragement to others around him! My dad was not only about football he was a good guy! Prays for Tammy and the rest of Michael Ray Greer family. Rest in peace. by @mstychelles

Please keep my son Marcus and the rest of the Greer family in your prayers. As a mother I’m so proud to see how Marcus has shown leadership in this process of sending their dad off to rest! I see this is a honor for Marcus to let his dad know they are walking as a unit just as he would have wanted by @mstychelles
