My name is Elle Spezia and I am the VP of Chapter Enrichment & Belonging💗 AXO has become so much more than just a sorority to me, it feels like a second home!! At first, recruitment can feel overwhelming and even a little intimidating. I remember wondering if I’d find my people or if I’d really fit in anywhere. Looking back now, I can honestly say that going through recruitment was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve met some of my absolute best friends and I can’t wait to make more memories with everyone. If I could leave you with one piece of advice, it would be to trust the process and remember that everything happens for a reason. You’ll end up exactly where you’re meant to be!! #WHYALPHACHI wednesday w/ MC’24 @katebenoist 🌟🪭🩵⚡️☮️🌅“Coming to Michigan State from out of state was honestly really scary, but the second I walked into Alpha Chi, I instantly felt at home. Everyone was so genuine, welcoming, and kind, and they made such a big campus feel so much smaller.Living in the house gave me some of my favorite college memories, and if I could do it all over again, I would in a heartbeat. These girls have become my best friends and made being away from home so easy. I know the friendships I’ve made here will last a lifetime, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.#msualphachi #alphachiomega by @msualphachi

#MEETEXECMONDAY with VP Risk Management @sophienovell !! 🪭🌃🌷🌛“Hi everyone! My name is Sophie Novell and I am VP Risk Management for the 2025-2026 term! Alpha Chi Omega has a special place in my heart as it has made my first year at State just the best! I was very iffy about going into recruitment, I was nervous I wasn’t going to click with any girls and I wouldn’t be able to come out of my shell. But walking into AXO I felt an immediate sense of relief. I saw the strong sisterhood right when I walked into AXO. Now I just can’t wait to live in with my sisters and meet you all! I truly found my people, place and soul sisters being apart of this sisterhood. I’ll never forget on bid day, meeting my bid day buddy (who would soon be my big) and thinking about how so cool she was and how I wanted to be just like that. Coming from out of state I had such an amazing opportunity to become the girl I had always wanted to be and the friendships I made here at 243 Burcham fostered that for me. I always say going through recruitment was the best decision I ever made. Throughout my 2 years in Alpha Chi Omega so many things have fallen into place for me to be here, going through recruitment with my first ever college friend to us being in the same house, my big being my bid day buddy, to my best friend and roommate was just some random girl in the same car as me on bid day.
