One big hard truth!

@aakashranison is in India yet doesn’t this reflect our world so accurately.

We can’t keep living like this as a country!

Many Nigerians choose silence, many choose apathy, many choose to look away, to not get involved, to leave the country- japa!

Because if you’re safe then that’s all that matters and that’s exactly why bad governance will remain a problem we struggle to tackle as a nation; because as long as it does not touch you, you think it’s okay but, until we all decide to get involved whether it affects you or not, our country will remain with this struggle.

Stop acting unconcerned, stop waiting to feel the injustice before you stand against it.

In 2027, Nigerians let’s vote this terrible government out! Don’t wait to be affected! by @msurshima.xx

Loved loved spending time with my girl @pellah_h ❤️🫂

I hate how unsafe our country is, how an average Nigerian cannot travel between states without the worry of being kidnapped, how there is so much within our own homeland to see and experience, to refine and improve, but our own limitations are created and sponsored by our government.

It is truly sad that an average Nigerian cannot wake up and make the spontaneous decision to travel to just anywhere in Nigeria, because of insecurity or the inability to guide, smh.

I’ve always been stationary, exploring only in my mind.

Never really testing my adventurous mind in reality and so, taking the weekend to do something different like travel to a new city to spend time with my friend was deeply refreshing for me because it wasn’t a necessity, it was just something I wanted to do.

Here’s to many more random trips I’ll make just because I want to. 🥂 taken in Kaduna North, Kaduna by @msurshima.xx

My look before I stuffed myself with so much food

Started off at the Art Resource Center in Barnawa and it was such a beautiful experience.

I loved the display of art pieces, the rustic feel of the decor, and everything the arc represents @arckaduna

Would definitely go back here again when next I’m in KD. 🤍

Adulthood is turning me into such a workaholic with zero time for my fremily (friend turned family).

Finally got time on my calendar to go see my girl @pellah_h in Kaduna. She moved from Abuja to Kaduna and it’s been over a year now!

It’s day one and I’m loving it so much!❤️

Chasing sunsets and serotonin at Grace’s wedding ❤️😍

Grace had the most unconventional Nigerian bride wedding I’ve been to, and I loved it!

It was so chic and so her🤍 A cute court marriage and reception that followed asap, surrounded only by the people they wanted there, on a rooftop serenaded by the most beautiful sunset, I forgot to capture that but trust me it was a stunning view.

I most certainly love a wedding weekend, it always always feels so special, seeing two people tie their lives to each other, it is to me the most beautiful commitment truly

It’s a small girl age for a lot of people but it’s the oldest I’ve ever been and existing on God’s green earth for 25 whole years is to me absolutely humbling! I feel a little scared, very rattled because what do you mean that I’m now a 25year old.

I want to act like it’s just another year, like when I turned 19 or 22 but it actually feels like there’s a lot coming.

This year, I stop existing, this year? I start living out the commands that God gives me and I’m trusting God to walk with me. Joshua 1:9

🥂Cheers to day 1 as a 25 year old 🙂‍↔️ Same time next year let’s cheers to 26 and I’ll tell you about the commands I would have fulfilled by then.
