|VESSELS| Integrating handbuilding into my practice has taught me patience, presence, and trust in the process. Each vessel is carefully constructed through layers of coiled clay, meticulously blended by hand. While the form often begins as a clear vision in my mind, the making unfolds slowly, requiring attentiveness to the material and acceptance of its inherent unpredictability.

These vessels embody a dialogue between intention and discovery. Their organic forms emerge through repetition, touch, and time, carrying traces of the hand that shaped them. For me, they serve as meditations on growth, resilience, and transformation, objects that hold both physical space and personal reflection.

Through this process, the vessel becomes more than a functional form, it becomes a record of presence, patience, and the quiet rhythm of making.

Clay is becoming my canvas. I’m continuously enjoying the interplay of pattern, organic form, and surface, where painting is becoming a signature element of my ceramic work. #ceramicart #ceramics #ceramicpainting #pottery by @msw.studio
