In a city like Dubai, routine can be crazy elusive, yet @700padelandfitnesshub has been my anchor. It’s where I’ve trained with focus, pushed harder alongside my padel partner, learned from coaches who never let me plateau, and discovered a community that makes my discipline feel deeply meaningful.

What began as a distraction from unimaginable grief has become a ritual of movement, wellness, and connection. A personal quiet force that has helped me rebuild while raising two inspiring little girl titans.

Turning pain into strength is absolutely possible, but it doesn’t arrive at your doorstep. It’s a messy, difficult, soul-challenging ‘inside job’, built moment by moment...

To my family, my padel partner, my coaches, friends, and the fortress of women who have surrounded my girls and I with unwavering belief: thank you. You carried me when I wasn’t sure I could take the next breath.

You know who you are, and this post is for you - with all my gratitude, from my heart to yours. x

What a night! Surrounded by the unstoppable spirit of women who rise, rebuild, and redefine what’s possible. Grateful beyond words to stand among such inspiring souls.

I heard my name called for Resilience. A word I’ve physically lived, not just learned. Hoping my story inspired the narrative that strength can be soft, and survival can be beautiful.

Thank you, Emirates Woman, for this honour and to every single person who’s held space for me (and held me up), along the way - you know who you are…

If you’re wondering how life’s going, this is 8x speed on the court is fairly accurate in terms of what’s going on in my head. Just add two children, three active businesses and two reno/fitout projects - all at the same time. Grateful for it all, but slightly out of breath! 😂 by @mswinzel

Last night I did 22 kilometres on a bicycle at the Meydan loop. Something I hoped to do one day, but it took a couple of years of encouragement from some of my amazing cycling-enthusiast friends…. (This girl was a bit too preoccupied with padel!)

Thank you Carolina for encouraging me to try something new, for cheering me on, and for reminding me that growth often starts with a simple “come on, let’s do it.”

There’s something special about women who help other women discover strengths they didn’t know they had and I’m so grateful to @carolinaack for being by my side all the way.

Fighting against the wind was pretty wild, and so was staying stable on the bike with balance - but mainly it was about possibility.

And that felt pretty damn wonderful! by @mswinzel

The strongest version of me isn’t the one that survived my story. It’s the one that fought hard to figure out how to enjoy life again... For the longest time I felt like I couldn’t breathe. I literally couldn’t imagine ever feeling light again. Well, here we are!
