MBCA’s robotics team, Batteries Not Included, competed last weekend in its first competition of the season. The 14 member team & 3 coaches competed against 17 other teams from around the region. In the final match of the day, our Eagles won, 62-29. They finished with a 4-1 record, and officially finished 2nd place out of 18 teams. What a great start to the season. We are so proud! The game wasn’t the outcome we wanted, but during halftime, it was a celebration of seniors who participate in fall sports. Hundreds were on hand to honor these awesome student athletes. It was certainly a day that we will never forget. (MORE PHOTOS ON OUR FACEBOOK PAGE) #mbcastudentathletes #mbcafallsports #mbcamoments by @mtbethel

❤️ LSSG Leaders in Action! ❤️ Our Lower School Student Government students have been hard at work planning and preparing for our Wear Red Day fundraiser benefiting @stjude Childhood Cancer Research! These student leaders helped bring this fundraiser to life from start to finish! They: • Created posters to promote the event • Emailed administrators to ask for approval • Made and distributed flyers • Cut out and prepared all of the Wear Red donation tickets 🎟️ • Distributed tickets to students • Helped spread the word throughout our school What an incredible opportunity for our students to see that leadership is more than having a title—it’s taking an idea, working together, and putting it into action to serve others. We are so proud of our Lower School Student Government leaders and the heart, initiative, teamwork, and hard work they have shown throughout this fundraiser. They ended up raising more than $900! Pretty amazing! ❤️ #mbcastudents #mbcastudentgovernment #wearredday❤️ #wearredforstjude #mtbethelmoments by @mtbethel

A Senior internship ten years in the making! Mrs. Marie Black was teaching Blakely Bjerken the basics years ago. Now, Blakely is back in the classroom, learning from the very teacher who helped her during her early school years. It’s a special reminder of the lasting relationships built at MBCA and the full-circle moments that make our community so special. #teacherstudentbond #mbcainterns #mbcainternshipprogram #mbcaseniors #mtbethelmoments @mariekimbellblack @blakely.bjerken by @mtbethel
