The ultimate punch that you don't see coming. Your positive attitude = one of the best. Your smile = infectious. Your work ethic = unmatched. You could turn a downer of a day 360° into the best day ever. You Never talked bad ordown to anyone. We all saw your work ethic and that alone was enough to get everyone motivated. You sweat like no one else. It was an absolute honor & pleasure to be your friend. Your memory will live on & your fighting spirit will drive us all to give our very best. Rest in peace brother. We know that whenever it rains you will be showering us with your sweat. You will be incredibly missed 💔 by @mtc_609

Very sad to see that one of my favorite martial artists James Lew has passed. He appeared in numerous films as an actor & stunt man /coordinator. He was inducted into 2 Hall of Fames (Martial Arts History Museum in 2002 & Black Belt Magazine Hall of Fame in 2024). This photo was taken over 13 years ago. He was extremely gracious & an absolute pleasure to talk to. Rest in Power James. Our meeting was very brief but it was an honor 🙏 by @mtc_609

In over 12 years of training, I've never filmed myself hitting the heavy bag. NEVER. Probably couldn't even tell you why. I am my own biggest critic & I should be. Always learning, always striving. Looking for strengths & recognizing the weaknesses. Be the Tiger & the Dragon will follow 🐅 🐉 TKO Fitness. We work in here! taken in TKO Fitness by @mtc_609
