An easy appetizer your guests will absolutely love. ❤️INGREDIENTS* 12 slices Genoa salami, thinly sliced* ½ cup cherry tomatoes, diced* ½ cup mini pearl bocconcini* Fresh basil, chopped* 1 tbsp olive oil* 1 tsp balsamic* Balsamic glaze, for drizzlingINSTRUCTIONSPreheat the oven to 400°F.Form the cups: Place one slice of salami into each cup of a regular muffin tin, gently pressing it down to create a cup shape. Tip: A shot glass or small glass works perfectly to help shape the salami.Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the salami is crispy and holds its shape.
