@yinjibrossard Yin Ji Chang Fen is one of my go-to spots whenever I’m craving comforting Cantonese food. The congee and steamed rice rolls are the stars of the menu. The rice rolls are made fresh to order, so they arrive piping hot with a silky, soft, and perfectly bouncy texture. The batter is smooth and delicate, making them some of the best I’ve had.Amazing overall experience. Prices are reasonable, and it’s a popular spot, so arriving early is a good idea if you want to avoid the long wait.Don’t skip the Hong Kong–style milk tea—it’s a great complement to the meal. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!Yin Ji Chang Fen est l’un de mes restaurants préférés quand j’ai envie de savourer un bon plat cantonais réconfortant. Le congee et les rouleaux de riz vapeur sont les vedettes de la carte. Préparés à la commande, les rouleaux de riz arrivent fumants, avec une texture soyeuse, moelleuse et parfaitement élastique. La pâte est onctueuse et délicate, ce qui en fait l’un des meilleurs que j’aie jamais mangés.Une expérience tout simplement incroyable. Les prix sont raisonnables et l’endroit est très prisé ; il est donc conseillé d’arriver tôt pour éviter l’attente.Ne manquez surtout pas le thé au lait à la hongkongaise : c’est un excellent accompagnement.
