The 101: part 2 Basics: Boxing Stance work & Footwork basics for Shadow Boxing today
Work:
2 ways to acquire a striking stance.
2 ways to execute footwork
Tools required cube timers ⏲️
Time used 1 minute work 30 seconds rest.
Do each style of foot work for orthodox & southpaw.
Last round do both sides together.
Core finisher
Full sit-up use medicine ball.
Leg lifts
Palms to floor accordion knees to chest then extend out.
Bicycle or twisted sit-ups elbow to opposite knee.
Planks 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Do above core work for 30 minutes to 1 minute each or until failure.
