#MEETEXECMONDAY with our Personnel Chair, Makaylee Hall PC ‘23!! “Zeta Theta has meant more to me than I ever could have imagined! Chi Omega has given me a place to grow throughout college by surrounding me with lifelong friendships, leadership opportunities, and experiences that have shaped me both personally and professionally. As a shy freshman, I knew I wanted to be a part of something bigger than myself, and from the moment I walked into Chi Omega, I felt nothing but unconditional love and support! This sisterhood has pushed me outside of my comfort zone, believed in me when I didn’t always believe in myself, and helped me become the woman I am today! Serving as Personnel Chair has taught me what it truly means to lead with compassion. I love being a resource for my sisters, helping them grow, and supporting them through every stage of their Chi Omega journey. #MEETEXECMONDAY With our New Member Educator, Belen Ek PC ‘23!!!“Joining Chi Omega has been one of the most life changing experiences of my life. It has given me a place where I feel truly seen, supported, and loved, and it has shaped me into a stronger, more confident version of myself. The friendships, memories, and lessons I have gained will stay with me long after my college years. Serving as New Member Educator has made this experience even more meaningful because I have had the privilege of welcoming others into the same sisterhood that changed my own life. Watching new members find their home, grow in confidence, and create bonds that will last a lifetime has been incredibly special. Knowing that I played even a small part in helping them begin that journey is something I will always treasure. #MEETEXECMONDAY with our Treasurer, Emily Cannon PC ‘24!! “I chose Chi Omega because of the sisterhood. Not only are the girls genuine, kind, and inclusive, they also hold good values that are shown differently in every woman. Every time I walked into House 4 during recruitment, I was filled with excitement and love. I instantly felt safe, like I could be my authentic self around the girls. It always felt like home. They are the perfect mix of class and fun, and they always put a smile on my face. Being surrounded by these women has shown me what a great leader looks like. I love my position with all my heart, on the good and the bad days. No position is easy, but that is what makes it worthwhile. I love being able to serve the chapter as treasurer, and would not trade it for the world. Chi Omega as a whole has meant more to me than I would have ever imagined. It means sharing tailgate outfits, always having a study buddy, a family to go on adventures with, and a shoulder to cry on. The love I have for this chapter and its philanthropy is unmatched, and to know the girls of Chi Omega is to love them. I cannot wait to see what God has in store for this chapter. CONVENTION RECAP! This past weekend, our President and Personnel Chair, Kayla and Makaylee, and our Personnel advisor, Terryl, had the opportunity to represent our chapter at Chi Omega’s 2026 Convention! They got to hear the state of the Fraternity address, witness the Supreme Governing Council elections for the 2026-2028 biennium, and so much more.Our chapter was recognized nationally for Advancement, GPA Improvement, and Campus Accreditation and Goal Achievement! “One of my key takeaways from Convention was how Nationals highlighted strengthening the member experience, building authentic sisterhood, and making sure our decisions reflect Chi Omega’s values. it was super cool and inspiring to connect with sisters from across the country and bring back new ideas that can help our chapter continue to grow!” - Makaylee Hall, Personnel Chair“One of my biggest takeaways from Convention was the emphasis on enhancing the member experience, fostering genuine sisterhood, and ensuring that every decision we make aligns with Chi Omega’s values. #MEETEXECMONDAY with our Secretary, Kayla Baxter PC ’24! “to me, chi omega means so much more to me than just a sorority. it’s a place where i’ve found genuine friendships, never ending memories, support, and a sense of belonging. i chose chi omega because of the authenticity i felt from the women in this chapter. from the first day of recruitment i knew chi omega felt like home. being able to grow as a women with undying support and acceptance has been so meaningful to me. holding the position as chi omegas secretary has meant so much to me. i’ve been able to contribute to something bigger than myself. it’s an honor to serve in a role that supports our chapter behind the scenes while strengthening the bond we all share. i will forever be grateful for holding this position and for the love and support i have gained from zeta theta.”#chio #sorority #leadership #mtsu by @mtsuchio
