It’s so important who you spend your time with and energy on, especially when you’re going through health issues like mine 👨‍⚕️

I’ve reflected on a lot since my diagnosis, one of which has resulted in me cutting off various people; some family members, friends, close friends and I also decided to close Cirencester meetup group. 👌

Why? Because I realised if you’re not being kind and supportive and instead slating me, being verbally abusive, and /or draining my energy constantly then you don’t deserve to be in my life whatsoever.
Since removing these people from my life, my stress levels and my wellbeing has vastly improved 🙌

People think they have the right to judge you and your decisions, but they don’t! Don’t apologise for protecting your peace. Do what’s right for you and f**k everything else 💚

Morning lovelies, PET scan results are in 🙌 Off to Landaaaan this week to see a specialist.l, blood test scheduled, further obs on just my Liver. I couldn’t think just now lol.
