💜 PERFORMANCE BY — Muckno | FDCRF Wexford 🌟

"Let the People Sing!" brings a melding of music from Monaghan's Muckno next month ↓

Jamie Bishop is a musician and producer from the border-town Castleblayney. Named after the lake in his hometown, he works under the alias @muckno_. His work focuses on sampling, and explores border identities.

He is inspired in equal parts by folk and hip-hop.He is a founding member of @shamrockshowband, a modern psychedelic Showband from the border counties. He is a collaborator of Dundalk punk legend @jinxlennon. He shares a studio and collaborates with Belfast artist @joshuaburnside and is a sideman for many notable folk artists such as @alanahendersonmusic and @dani_larkin_. He recently performed with Andrew Hendy and Ken Mooney from @marywallopers. Jamie works as a producer and engineer for other artists, and runs his own studio, Swimming Pig Studio.

Featuring the wide ranging, impassioned mix of @rita_perry_, @muckno_, @peckerdunnemusic, and @farahelle. More acts are to be announced, and we're delighted to have some of our 32 counties' greatest performing here in Wexford Town.

Lough Neagh ° Drinking Water for 40 - 40.7% of all of the Occupied 6 Counties (760,000 - 800,000 people daily)°° are drinking from this Scum infested mess. In 2025, Lough Neagh is facing a significant water-quality crisis, with toxic algal blooms destroying the safety of the water..

The lake is owned by an absentee British Landlord. The current owner of that estate is Nicholas Ashley-Cooper, the 12th Earl of Shaftesbury — an English aristocrat who inherited the rights.

I am posting this as I was shocked to find this out a few years ago, and I don't think it's known generally. We have a duty of care to our country and our people to take the lake back under our own ownership. I've found some good campaigns online, but I'm hoping people here can share some resources / links to activities happening in 2026.
