When we both unknowingly show up to exchange a flower and a hug to close off a big year of 2025 ✨🥹

Looking back, Soul Sister Gatherings went to hold a handful of themed women’s circles this year to gather likeminded and create new connections at the beautiful space at @yogalyfe_melbourne.

We traveled to the inspiring @offgridlivingfestival for a weekend, hosting 3x sold out tea ceremonies & clay creation circles — meeting lots of new curious faces!

We were asked to hold a private clay circle with tea ceremony for a work team which was such growth within ourselves as a team. Shoutout to @pot.dispensary who have carefully fired all our pieces this year!

We hosted a Clay & Connect workshop at the dreamy cafe @_nevedya_ with a bunch of lovely ladies.

Our closing circle on the 11/11 was held at the stunning venue at @goodfoodemporium and we couldn’t be more pleased with this year! Cacao and tea with sound bowls and breathwork.

Shedding layers of our individual selves, meeting new edges while connecting with you all here or in circle. 🐍 ⭕️ 🐴

Huge thanks to everyone that in someway made this possible by liking a post, purchasing a ticket, drinking from our handmade tea cups or getting messy with clay. It’s such a co-creation space and we are so grateful to anyone taking part or whomever followed our journey.

These 2 are a BIG part of the Breath Sesh — RYP story….

What a journey it has been so far.

We’ve seen eachother in so many of life’s challenging & beautiful moments — I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Real depth is something to be cultivated.

“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination”

This quote came up today at my Art Therapy class and I absolutely love it.

Living abroad is truly magical. It’s a privilege and my choice. I wouldn’t change anything. And yet there is times where the people who knows you better than most feels too far away. Excruciating. Today is one of those days. And that is okay. So ok to feel a burst of heartache and tears in the layers of immensely gratitude and joy for life. The love & pain — birth & death. We’re here for the ride.

3 months ago I made the trip you’re witnessing here to my hometown in Sweden. My dear July — you’re yet another month of so many new memories in my backpack. A season where kickstarting my 35th year here couldn’t have been more special. Everyone’s presence on this trip is kept near my heart and following me to Australia, my second home. You know who you are.

So — when you all feel too far away, Carl Rogers paints the perfect picture for my being to feel peace:

1 min of peace on my balcony. This fig tree is so abundant this year. The second and last year I get to see her bloom, fruit and let go. We will take off to a different location by next spring. Seasons. Entering a new season. 🌱 taken in St Kilda East by @muddy.mindset

We’ve been asked when @soul_sister_gatherings are teaming up again 👀 🌸 it’s been a hot minute!

Our gatherings are expanding and we got two ‘Clay & Connect Workshops’ lined up for this year.

Next up is 18th of October 🌟
