Have you stopped by the tasting room for lunch and tried the amazing @muffinlab23 with a fresh pint of beer? Well, welcome to your new weekly routine!
Every Wednesday & Thursday from 12pm - 3pm Janneh is at our tasting room cooking up the legendary brunch muffin sandwich you wish you knew about.
Muffin lab is all homemade biscuits mastered by Janneh, as he adds a special twist to it. Fried egg, steak, micro greens, pickled onions and a secret sauce that leaves you with a full belly. He creates different versions of his muffins weekly (vegetarian also), so you’ll always be surprised and happy.

On October 2nd, Supabase secured $150M in funding. 🎉
Muffin Lab was there. 🧁
250 housemade English muffins. One of two food vendors in the room when it happened.
We don’t take that lightly.
