We had a bike run for Free Palestine. This video really shows the impact, the gathering and the real purpose when you bring people together.

The turn out was incredible. Doing things like this to bring the community together for something that matters is how we unite.

There is so much war going on across the world. Innocent lives at risk at what cost?

Its why we should live our lives entirely grateful for what we have. There are those that are suffering and have hardship, no food, no shelter, nothing. Those that would wish they had what others may have.

Truly special when you see people coming together. Equality and unity is not something we should be begging for but rather a freedom and right to have and live for.

We should stand for positive change.

Be that change!

Dear God,

Today I celebrate another year of life.

Thank You for carrying me through every mountain and valley, every lesson and blessing. Thank You for the strength to keep going and the faith to trust that each step was preparing me for something greater.

As I turn another year older, I don’t just pray for success—I pray for purpose.

Guide my steps as I continue building, serving, creating, and pursuing the vision You’ve placed in my heart. Help me stay patient and grateful along the way.

Bless the work of my hands, the people around me and the communities we serve. Open doors that no one can close and give me the wisdom to recognize them.

This year, I pray for growth, meaningful impact, genuine connections, and the courage to move forward even when the road ahead is uncertain.

Thank You for another year and another chapter.

May my life reflect faith, service, adventure, and purpose.

Amen🙏 taken in Under His Grace by @muffinmancpt

@capetownmarathon - My full marathon debut 42.2km… will I do it again? Yes, I enjoyed the pain and suffering 😅🏃‍♂️

There’s something crazy but beautiful about seeing thousands of people all pushing through the same mental and physical battle together. At some points your body wants to stop, your mind starts questioning everything, but then you look around and see everyone else digging deep too — and somehow you keep moving.

The vibes throughout the Cape Town Marathon were honestly unmatched. From the supporters screaming your name on the sidelines, to random strangers motivating each other, music playing, runners cramping, smiling, suffering and still carrying on… it felt like the whole city came alive for the event.

Considering I had a small injury and barely ran for about 3 weeks leading up to race day, I knew it wasn’t going to be easy, but finishing it made it even more rewarding. Painful? Definitely considering walking even became torture, plus I took time to sit down on a bench in gardens watching runners pass by. Worth it? 100%.

This was more than just a race for me — it was an experience, a reminder of how strong the mind can be, and proof that sometimes you’ve just got to show up and fight through it. Proud to say I completed my first marathon. Definitely not the last one🙏

Thanks to everyone who assisted and supported in the lead up and at the event🫡 taken in Green Point Stadium by @muffinmancpt
