Magical Moments ✨🏁

Walking is therapeutic, especially when you’re embracing your Neighborhood with those who continue to make efforts with growth.

We celebrated @syleenajohnson 50th Birthday in style by Walking together to raise awareness for Women’s Health! The message is to hold each other accountable for daily steps, proper nutrition, mental clarity, and health & wellness check ups!

Full transparency 💙🏁

Our Mother passed on 8.26 🕊️ Heart so broken, Sad, Deep in thoughts, and not being to able to process what happened so fast.

With days of no sleep, tears, heartache, and pain… My mind was set on getting away from everything & everyone to zoom out for our new reality in Life. I will not question the Most High

Gathering thoughts, memories, and was able to get 1 hour of sleep… that morning prayer 🤲🏾 guided me through and I could feel is my Mother’s heart; which was full of GOLD.

The 10th annual @runfromprostatecancer 5K event was special for many reasons even though our day started with rain; our community showed up and those hugs and smiles meant so much to me. Really appreciate the moment of silence that @liljessie079 held for Mother 💙

Marathon Muff was activated. 🏁💙

@chidistanceseries 13.1 was definitely a HOT one, but most importantly it brought so many communities and Run Clubs together.

@lamarathon A day to remember, and to celebrate everyone that participated…. Whether you finished or not, it took a lot of courage to RUN in that extreme heat.

Truly appreciate all of the spectators who becomes your best friend + motivator while you’re killin’ that pavement, cheer zone stations, and most importantly (Family + Friends)

Full transparency - I had to stop for 30 minutes, and walked two Miles. Something that I thought would never happen, but some shit you gotta do to play it safe. Definitely thought about going straight to the beach at Mile 12

Special thank you to Ms. Carmen Lewis (Black Girls Run) for the FaceTime call, meant so much. Gave me the best advice to deal with the heat. Also, thanks to Brother William for the FaceTime as well! I needed that laugh

Thanks to my (Family + Friends) group & solo text messages. My Sista Tink telling me to pick up the pace, regardless of the Heat… it be the siblings. 😂
