October’s too important to get derailed by poor health.

I’ve had success with this protocol I put together from internet research. Let me know if any of these have worked for you, or if I should switch out any ingredients.

As I understand it…

Hot water, cayenne, black pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, as a shot in the morning is a cleanse. (Just a bit of each)

The AG1, pearl powder, dragons blood, all get mixed in 10-12 ounces of cold water as vitamins and minerals to support the immune system.

Vitamin D3 + K2 to finish it off.

Just like the Vitamin D needs the vitamin K to help the body absorb and utilize its nutrients, that’s how the cayenne, black pepper etc… help support each other.

Dragons Blood for antioxidants.
Pearl powder for bioavailable calcium.

2.5 million views. Almost 3,000 followers. A full-time job as an electrician. And a plan to become a comedian in his 50’s.

At first, this conversation was supposed to be about comedy.

Then we started taking Tommy Wires apart.

Not literally. 😂

I mean how he’s building this thing.
