Going for a ZEN Attitude today!

"Zen does not confuse
spirituality with thinking about
God while peeling potatoes.

Zen spirituality is just to peel the potatoes."

Another word
find JOY & GRATITUDE in
even the
most mundane
moments
such as
cleaning the toilet,
mopping the floors or peeling potatoes

There are people in the world who would kill to have an indoor toilet
or a floor to mop!!!
Let alone potatoes to eat.

This always helps me
when I lose my way....

I might get discouraged
Or
Fed up with it all....

Im close to quitting
Maybe drop a few tears

Then I think back to
why I even started

Oh yeah.....
It was for my HEALTH
That's right...
It was to be happier
So that I could travel easier
Move faster
Visit grandkids
More stamina
Walk farther
Enjoy life!💋

Then I'm refocused
Realigned
And back at it💋

MANY Nutrients
Few Calories!

FOLATE!
MANGANESE!
COPPER!

Nature's Beauty Food💋

If you are of a
more mature age like me
then you'll want to drink Organic Beet Juice before you cycle!

I go to the @kenoshaymca
every day to swim & work out.
Drinking my home made juice before I go really helps me perform better!

Beets fight inflammation too!
With Fibromyalgia Beets are a Godsend
The Beets help with pain in the joints.

All Organic, of course!
I buy mine from trusty @freshthyme
Very yummy and fresh

First I wash them
Then I slice them
Refrigerate 💋

When I'm ready to juice, I just pop them in my juicer
Add:
Apples & Carrots
