کھیت میں سوکھے پتوں والے درختوں کی شاخیں غروبِ آفتاب کو چھپانے کی ضد میں ہیں۔ ان شاخوں کے پیچھے سورج ایسا دکھائی دیتا ہے جیسے خود بھی چھپنا چاہتا ہو، جیسے کوئی گہرا دکھ اس کی روشنی کو کمزور کر رہا ہو۔ سردیوں کی یہ شام ایک عجیب سی اداسی میں لپٹی ہے، اور ایسا لگتا ہے جیسے سورج کی ناراضگی مجھ سے ہو۔ مگر کیوں؟ میں نے تو ہمیشہ اس کی روشنی کو سراہا ہے، اس کی عظمت کو بیان کیا ہے، اور اس کے سامنے جھک کر اپنی بندگی ظاہر کی ہے۔ آج یہ منظر ایک راز سا لگتا ہے، جیسے قدرت مجھے سکھا رہی ہو کہ ہر روشنی ہمیشہ نہیں رہتی، اور کبھی کبھار اداسی بھی فطرت کا حصہ ہے۔ شاید یہ شام ایک پیغام ہے، ایک دعوتِ فکر، کہ عظمت کی قدردانی کے لیے کبھی کبھی خاموشی ضروری ہے۔

جب رات کی تنہائی گہری ہو جاتی ہے اور نیند مجھ سے دور بھاگتی ہے، تو میں جگجیت سنگھ کی غزلیں سن لیتا ہوں۔ ان کی آواز دل کی گہرائیوں میں اتر کر سکون کا احساس پیدا کرتی ہے، اور میں نرمی سے نیند کی آغوش میں چلا جاتا ہوں، جیسے کوئی خوابوں کی دنیا میں بہک رہا ہو۔ ایک خاص غزل ہے جو میرے دل کے بہت قریب ہے، جسے میں بارہا سنتا ہوں۔ ایک رات، یہ غزل دھیمی آواز میں چلتی رہی اور صبح صادق تک میرے کمرے کی فضاء میں گونجتی رہی، جیسے کسی بے وقت مسافر کے دل کی بات کہہ رہی ہو۔

شاید میں ایک پرانی روح ہوں، جو اس جدید دنیا میں اپنے سکون کی تلاش میں سرگرداں ہے۔ پرانی آوازوں، گزرے وقت کی خوشبو، اور ان لمحات کی مٹھاس جو آج کے شور میں کھو گئی ہے، مجھے اپنی طرف کھینچتی ہیں۔ یہ غزلیں اور ان کی لطافت میرے وجود کو ایک اور جہت میں لے جاتی ہیں، جہاں وقت تھم سا جاتا ہے اور انسان اپنے باطن سے جڑ جاتا ہے۔ شاید یہی موسیقی کی اصل حقیقت ہے—ایک ایسا پل، جو روح اور کائنات کے درمیان قائم ہو جاتا ہے۔
