More than Spanish lessons. A way to create change.

Learning Spanish with Mujeres Movimiento means becoming part of something bigger.

Every class provides meaningful employment for local women who teach, lead, and share their culture. At the same time, a portion of the income helps fund Mujeres Movimiento’s community programs, creating more opportunities in education, health, and personal growth.

So while you’re gaining confidence in Spanish, you’re also investing in women, families, and a stronger community.

Learn Spanish. Empower women. Create impact. 💛

🏓 Our pickleball team is making a difference!

Thanks to the funds raised through our pickleball games, we were able to provide a water tank for the teachers of Damian Carmona Elementary School.

Eight teachers live in a small house on the school grounds, where access to enough water has been an ongoing challenge. This water tank is one step toward improving their living conditions.

There is still a lot of work to do, and we’ll continue using the funds from Pickleball to support the teachers, their home and the school!

Thank you to everyone who keeps showing up, playing, and helping make these projects possible. ❤️

Come play with us and be part of the impact! 🏓

🏓 by @mujerescentro

“Con permiso” is a phrase you’ll hear it everywhere: in markets, restaurants, public transportation, or whenever someone needs to walk past you. It’s a small gesture of politeness (sometimes, like the example😝) that’s part of everyday life in Mexico. 🇲🇽
