Our Beach 5K Run/Walk was everything we hoped it would be and more. We welcomed new faces, opened our community to people of all gender identities, and shared a meaningful healing experience with NYC Healing Collective @nychealingcollective led by @iloli20 Everyone received a small journal and pen with one invitation: write down something you’re ready to release. Together, we walked to the shoreline and let it go. A simple act, but a powerful reminder that healing begins when we give ourselves permission to release what no longer serves us. Thank you to everyone who showed up with an open heart. Thank you @nychealingcollective Thank you @gisselyp for pacing us Here’s to more movement, more healing, and more community. Should we have another one? ☝🏾 🌊💜 #MujeresInMotion #NYCHealingCollective #MoveHealInspire #CommunityHealing HealingThroughMovement by @mujeresinmotion

🌈 Pride Month may be ending, but our support isn’t. Today, we moved together in celebration of love, authenticity, sisterhood and community. Every woman deserves a space where she feels seen, welcomed, and valued for exactly who she is. Join us as we run/walk, dance, connect, and continue building a community with zero pressure. 💜 Special shoutout to @lmh85332022 & @marlene.c.25 for leading today’s run. Move. Heal. Inspire. 🌈 #MujeresInMotion #Pride #LGBTQIA #LoveIsLove #MoveHealInspire InclusiveCommunity WomenSupportingWomen by @mujeresinmotion
This is your reminder that joy counts too. The long walks. The creative rooms. The random selfies. The opportunities. The little wins nobody sees. I hope remind yourself of your joy today 💐🏵️✨ by @mujeresinmotion
