29 minutes faster than 2023 @nycmarathon, but what I’m most proud of isn’t the time—it’s the healing and the growth I found along the way.

I ran this one with a full heart, for every version of me that kept going, even when it hurt. I pushed through pain, doubts, and every emotion in between, and with that, I’ve become a 4th-time marathoner!

I’ll continue living my life showing up, doing it afraid, and conquering my dreams.

Thank you @isojordin for your gift. Showing that crew love at Mile 21 @wrucrew . These have become my favorite running pictures ever 📸🤩🙏🏾🥹

Sweat, determination, tears, prayers and pure grit got me across that finish line!

It was a beautiful race day, I ran my heart out on this course. Felt all sorts of emotions.
- To have a Japanese man speak Spanish and dance Bachata for me on my way to my corral
- Malika’s FaceTime before I started @malikafantab
- To hear people calling my name in Japanese
- To feel a black lady tapping my shoulder saying “We got this Sis”
- To hear someone scream “DOMINICANA” 🇩🇴
- To have Gina FaceTime me at mile 15 right when my toes started to go numb. Reminding that I’m a badass @_ginababy
- To lose 7 minutes on the bathroom line because of a lady with a Mini Mouse custom
- To almost getting a panic attack when I was 20 mins from the last cut-off/ checkpoint
- To then seeing @cubanitalady718 and @hadit817 @the_great_sarcasmo . They came through with the Biofreeze, the Theragun and a hug with a prayer from @hadit817 I will never forget that moment. 🥹THANK YOU 🙏🏾
- Finally, to have my middle school friend @vrod15 cheering me on and waiting for me at the finish line was everything 🥹🙏🏾

I ran my fastest ever, PR’d everything.
I went and conquered. I DID IT!

I can’t stop thanking y’all for all of the love and support, specially from my coach @onyx_multisport

Thank you @pynrs_ two marathons with my favorite tights 🤩

Thank you @hoka Bondi 8, the only sneakers I was able to run with my condition 🥹🙏🏾

When the mujeres asked, I DELIVERED! 📣💜🦋

Because if you’re not running, you’re CHEERING!

To every runner who stopped by for a hug, a kiss, a smile, or a quick high-five — THANK YOU for sharing that moment with me! 🥹

I showed up loud, proud, and full of love. Returning the love & support y’all gave me running the NYC Marathon twice.

Congratulations marathoners!

🎃🦋 A little Halloween magic, a lot of movement! 💜

We showed up, one AMAZING morning together!

A Game Changers Run Coach @divinayo (thanks to @gamechangersrun and @brooksrunningnyc , Lady in Pink 💗, a Knicks fan 🏀🧡💙 @_gabrielatrejo , and even Halloween-themed donuts to sweeten our morning! 🍩

We hit the streets for a mix of running and walking intervals, shared some laughs, and reminded ourselves that movement is always better together.

Mujeres in Motion: It’s about showing up, making connections, and enjoying the journey.

Small crew. Big energy. Strong women. 🦋

Gracias por ser parte de Mujeres in Motion. 💜

Some photos from my trip to Dominican Republic this summer 🇩🇴☀️

Spending time with my son, soaking up the moments together, catching up with friends @divinayo (thank you for letting us stay!), running an event side by side and earning those medals.

Spending time with @alexandertattoosfm shooting the shot and getting tattoos.

And just living the little everyday things… like helping my mom unload the car.

Grateful for the people, the places, and the spaces.

Hasta la próxima mi tierra bella.

PSA: For the Fatphobic follower,

I’m neither lazy, unhealthy nor I lack discipline.
