루꼴라를 해치우기 위한 마지막 요리는 베이컨 크림 리조토였습니다. 리조토도 처음 해봤는데 쏘 이지군요. 리조토나 볶음밥을 할 때는 햇반 뚜껑을 완전히 제거하고 2분 돌리면 고슬고슬한 밥이 돼서 더 맛있다고 합니다. 참고하세요 - !

The final dish to finish off the arugula was this bacon cream risotto. It was actually my first time making risotto, and it was so easy! Pro tip: when making risotto or fried rice with instant rice, completely remove the lid and microwave it for 2 minutes—it makes the texture nice and firm, which tastes way better. 피자를 만들고 남은 토마토소스, 리코타치즈, 루꼴라를 이용해서 로제파스타를 만들었습니다. 우유를 넣었을 때보다 더 꾸덕해서 너무 성공적이었답니다. 또 먹고 싶네요.

Made rosé pasta using leftover tomato sauce, ricotta, and arugula from making pizza. It turned out so rich and creamy—way thicker than when using milk! Such a success, already craving another bowl. by @mulbbbery_jampot

루꼴라잠봉피자를 만들어보았습니다. 생각보다 쉬운데 엄청 맛있더라구요! 피자 3판 시킬 수 있는 돈으로 만들긴 했지만, 남은 재료로 다른 피자도 만들어보겠습니다. 저는 이런게 왜 이리 재밌을까요?

I made an arugula and jambon pizza! It was way easier than I expected, but super delicious! Sure, it cost enough to order three whole pizzas, but I‘ll make other pizzas with the leftover ingredients. Why do I find stuff like this so much fun? by @mulbbbery_jampot

10월 초에만 먹을 수 있는 홍옥사과는 너무 빨갛고 아름다워서 백설공주 사과라고도 하더군요. 정말 사과 모형인 줄 알았습니다 !

첫 카레 도전을 해보았는데요, 생각보다 너무 이지한걸요? 다음엔 카레우동도 만들어봐야겠어요. 아, 그리고 노래와 비디오소리를 동시에 넣는 방법도 터득했답니다. 제 자신이 대견합니다.

오늘 보니 식물에 싹이 하나 올라와 있었습니다. 별 일 없이 지나가는 일요일인 줄 알았는데, 어린 잎을 피운게 대수라고 조금 뿌듯한 하루가 되었네요.

네.. 저는 파스타를 아주 좋아합니다. 지글지글 소리를 들려주고 싶은데, 음악을 넣으면 요리하는 소리를 동시에 들려줄 수 없어서 아쉽습니다. 아, 그리고 식물을 하나 들였습니다. ’파키라‘라는 식물인데요, 꽃말은 행운, 재물, 번영, 부귀입니다.

Yes... I love pasta so much. I really wanted to let you hear that sizzling sound, but it‘s a pity that adding music means I can’t include the cooking sounds at the same time.
